Horison Marketing has been a great experience for my company. They reached out when we were struggling to regain our product ranking on Amazon. We had some inventory issues that caused our top selling items to run out of stock a few times which significantly damaged their sales rank. In revamping the listings with keyword optimized descriptions, redesigning our store, thumbnails, and A+ content along with running various sales and promotions, we’ve been able to recover.When we started working with Horison last summer, we were at 50% of our average sales, and in the last few months, we surpassed our previous sales average. I always knew there was so much more that I could be doing to build my Amazon channel. I had a few products listed and they were selling well. But I needed those product comparison tables, fitment tables, video, quality thumbnails, and a consistent theme across all the product listings. There was never enough time to complete all the steps, jump all the hurdles, satisfy every Amazon requirment to reach each level of Brand status. Now I have my own team!
The people are wonderful to work with. Very organized, prompt, good quality, and make you feel comfortable. They did a fantastic job making my Amazon page look far more professional and appealing. (warriorkidmedic on amazon if you want to see). They did a great job generating sales through ads and SEO - several hundred percent increase compared to me managing it on my own. The only reason I am leaving 4 instead of 5 stars is because ultimately, we did not reach our sales or profit goals after 9 months of working together. But, this may have been my product, not Horizon's work. I really think they did everything right on their end and do recommend them. They also handled so many Amazon issues that would have taken me countless hours to figure out. Huge benefit there.
Probably the best Amazon agency there is!!! I’ve worked with quite a few agencies before and honestly no one even came close to these guys.We had reached a plateau with our sales and nothing seemed to work anymore. Other agencies just kept pushing more PPC to inflate numbers, but it never actually grew the business. Then Amanda came in, did a full audit, and found issues we didn’t even know we had.
