This floor lamp's lighting effect…

This floor lamp's lighting effect exceeded my expectations. The light is soft yet bright, and my eyes don't feel tired at all when reading by the sofa at night.

Love the Floor Lamp, but Delivery was Unacceptable

I recently purchased a Honeywell 02E Series Reading Floor Lamp and am very happy with the quality. However, the delivery service provided by FedEx was unacceptable. FedEx usually delivers to our door. But this time they left the floor lamp in our lobby. Picking up this large and very heavy package over a 100 meters away from my home was a major physical burden and a poor customer experience. I value your products, but I hope you can review your delivery protocols with FedEX.

Overall a good experience

Overall a good experience. Delivery was left in the porch with no doorbell. Luckily not wet. Lamp is good. A little concerned with the USB ports which don't always connect, but overall seems like a good producr

Lamp does not power on - defective supply; poor customer service

We bought a set of three Honeywell F2 Torchiere Tall Standing Ambient Floor Lamps. Two were fine. For the third one, the power adapter did not work. When we powered the lamp with a power adapter from one of the other lamps, the third lamp lit up fine. We asked “Honeywell” to please replace the non-functioning power adapter (not lamp). Here is the reply we got: “To help us proceed with the replacement power adapter and, more importantly, to properly document this issue for our internal records, may we kindly ask if you could record a short video showing the testing process—demonstrating that the light works normally when using the adapter from the other unit, and does not work with the original adapter?This video, along with your feedback, will be formally recorded and shared with our quality and engineering teams. It will be used as part of our quality review process and will also serve as an important reference for future improvements and optimization of the power adapter.”The email is signed offCustomer SupportHuo Ming Technology Guangdong Co., Ltd.Add: 909, Building C, Rongchuang Zhihui Building, Longhua District, Shenzhen, 518110Tel: +1 8005608 962Honeywell Authorized LicenseeThis seems absurd for two reasons:1. The adapter is a third-party product; a video demonstrating that it does not work will not help “Honeywell” improve its design: what will it tell them about why it is not working? 2. Even if I sent this video to them, I’m told, “we will review it promptly and get back to you with the next steps.” So, to replace an defective adapter that retails for $9, I’m supposed to do more than $9 worth of work. This is poor customer service by a company that seems to be new to serving the US market directly. The lamps work okay, but if they fail, it’s clear that there will be no meaningful customer service. One other thing: the product website has several glowing reviews, but I can find no way of leaving a review. This suggests that the reviews may be manufactured or invited. It is unwise that Honeywell has allowed this company to stick Honeywell’s name on what might well be shoddily made products. I would recommend not buying these products, or at least buying them through a US retailer with decent customer service rather than directly through “Honeywell”.***updated Feb 19, 2026 ***Honeywell did mail us a new power supply and that lamp is now working okay. However, the remote for another lamp (we bought 3, because there was a discount) stopped working last week and the lamp now turns on and off at random. We emailed Honeywell support on Feb 14, but have yet to receive a response.

Do not buy!! Worst customer service!!!

I would never recommend this light to anyone, both for the product and for their customer service. For the first part, it's not as satisfied as a lamp for home office, as its light can only cover half of the table and create a huge contrast with the other half, making eyes uncomfortable, unless you place the lamp in the front middle of your desk. Then their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. On the produce it describes return as a easy process, while clicking in their return policy you'll find that they require the produce to be untouched in box, and unless the light is not working (the only situation they'll consider a defective product), you need to pay the shipping fee of return. That's not the end, when I really contact them for a return, they claimed that they'll also charge a 10% restocking fee, which is not listed in their return policy page (the one under the product page). Also, I don't understand why there will be a restocking process if the product is returned in a new-in-box state, as required by their return policy? That said, I would not recommend this product. Even if you really want it, consider other platforms that have better return policy.
