My experience with Honest Pet was incredible. I cannot recommend this breeding company more. The picking, paying and delivery of my Cavapoo Gracie was so seamless. They communicated with me every step of the way which alleviated my anxiety. They answered every question immediately. AND THE DELIVERY TO MY DOOR WAS FREE. I did my due diligence and I could not be happier with my choice of Honest Pet and their professional team members.

I’m Welp, I gave in and got my baby from a breeder off of the internet of all places. But I really got the perfect little guy. He’s already my soul dog and it hasn’t even been a full week. Thank you Brook for putting my mind at ease every step of the way and making sure my boy Charlie made it to me safe and sound. It took just over 24 hours for him to decide that I’m his person, and now he’s willing to sleep in his crate as long as I put one of my shirts in there with him.. Melts my heart!!!! Found My Perfect Puppy Mate
Honest Pet showed concern and committtment to helping me find the perfect love bug especially after I waited a day and lost out on my first choice. Then I found Cher now Chloe- she is so perfect for me- adorable beyond, a bit frisky -to be expected in a pup-and so smart and loving. Every where I take her, people stop to play with her. I elected to add training onto her purchase and am so glad I did! She came to me knowing her name, pretty far along in the potty training department and knowing several commands. And she was delivered to my doorstep included in the price. an extra bonus.Also I had lots of questions before and after she arrived- Each time, Elaine followed up with me immediately. Honest Pet was wonderful -they have a wide range puppies to choose from, the web site is easy to navigate and the breeders are carefully vetted to ensure a healthy puppy. I love that there are pictures and info on the puppy's parents. Most importantly the staff is available 24/7 and highly responsive to any and all questions.

Absolutely fabulous! Susie, the pet specialist who assisted me, was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and most of all - thorough. She listened to my (extensive!) list of specific requests of what I was looking for in the breeder to provide us our life-time pet, and worked diligently to find the exact match. She called, texted, & emailed day, night, weekends - answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. I am very grateful for the attention to detail and assistance I received.

French Bulldog puppy from Honest Pet..
I purchased a puppy from Honest Pet recently. The overall experience was good. The individual I spoke with was nice, her name was Brooklyn. I did find the original listing from the actual breeder in Ohio whose price was significantly less than Honest Pet. Delivery was great and the delivery guy was wonderful, providing updates on the trip. Setting up the 30 day pet insurance was ridiculous and for the additional 2K I paid over the breeder price, I would have thought it would have been a smoother process. Other than the inflated cost, I can't complain about the service.

Every single person in each step of finding my dog to medical records went out of their way for me. I have had 2 really bad experiences with online breeders that turned out not to be honest breeders. I’ve had dogs for years and when my breeder retired I was very apprehensive to find a new breeder. There are so many scams out there and finding a puppy online is nerve wrecking! I am so relieved to have found honest pet. From the start the rep put me at ease, was very knowledgeable, transparent about their process and patiently answered all of my many questions and concerns. I also felt like they really listened to my needs and did not just try to push a sale on me- but rather focused on matching me with the perfect puppy. I am overjoyed with my new baby, she is not only gorgeous but also healthy, well socialized and such a cuddle bug. I love that I can contact my rep if I need anything from resources to questions etc it is an ongoing relationship which is what I previously had with my previous breeder. I would not hesitate to recommend using honest pet to anyone wanting to add a furmember to their family. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future! Thank you honest pet :)

An Exceptional Experience AND Training!Adopting through HonestPet has been an absolutely incredible experience. I hadn’t had a dog in years - was very nervous about the training and really the whole process. From the very first conversation with Julie, they were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right match. The level of care, transparency, and communication throughout the entire process especially transport made what could have been stressful feel seamless.I wasn’t sure what to adopt after having a not so great experience but Julie helped find the right fit for my lifestyle. I opted into the training program just to play it safe given my lack of experience and I was especially impressed by how trained my Cavapoo was when she came home. She doesn’t cry in the crate, has had substantial potty training and just behaves well. I definitely don’t remember any past pet this easy. I was provided with updates, travel was arranged for me, and they even followed up after my puppy arrived home.If it wasn’t for them I probably wouldn’t have adopted again out of stress and fear but there’s nothing more fulfilling than a companion like a dog. I had forgotten how amazing it was until now! I’ll definitely be adopting from them again. I may need a little playmate for my girl.

Sold Puppies Showing as "Available"
Beware trap listings. We reserved a puppy on this website and paid the deposit. After receiving a confirmation text and information on next steps, we subsequently received a call over 6 hours later telling us that the dog was instead sold to someone else - but don't worry, they've got other puppies to show us.I get the impression that inactive puppy "listings" may be used to attract potential customers, only to have customer service reps funnel these customers over to the more limited, active listings. Not really an "honest" experience. They actually made my kids cry. The customer service reps were friendly, at least, and did ultimately refund the deposit.

I haven’t gotten my puppy yet , but I want to tell you about Brooklyn , one of your associates. She was the first person I connected with, and I was looking for a puppy. I went to your website and didn’t see a cockapoo. So I said thank you, but I want to find a cockapoo. Brooklyn said , oh yes, we have 3. They weren’t on the website , and Brooklyn showed me the 3. The first one she showed me the picture of was Lava. That photograph stole my heart. Now Lava will be coming to live with me forever and I’m beyond thrilled. Brooklyn has been a warm and personable person to talk to and help me thru getting my new puppy into my world. I felt like we bonded thru this process. She is such a delightful person to talk to.

Best Decision EVER
I never knew such a great service existed. We adopted a 3 month old golden that, evidently, got underfoot and caused the new owner to break a hip. (I truly hope adoptive family #1 is doing well.)Her name was Lexi, but we named her JAX. It suits her! LOVE is not enough to say about this little girl. She's a mixture of goofy, playful and we're waiting to see how bright she may be! A+++++
