My experience has been amazing! Derrik has truly changed my way of thinking. I don't think I would have ever been able to get to the point I'm at in my business without the expertise Derrik has given me. He truly cares about you and the business and wants to see you succeed, it's well worth the investment.
MJ and the team at Hone Coaching are phenomenal! They helped me set and reach some extremely important milestones and even helped me to get a big speaking gig that I’ve been working/hoping for!
Derrik was fun and knowledgable and added depth to our monthly associates meeting! He walked out team through an excellent step by step process on utilizing existing sales stats and data to set appropriate goals based on an economic model, which was not only easily understood but also simple to integrate. He instilled the importance of tracking individiual efforts and understanding sales seasonality and activity to maximize conversions in order to meet goals. It was very productive and informative for all of our team members, and we're planning to integrate his training and accountability methods as part of our standards of practice!

I have been working with Derrik for a few years, and it's been an absolute game changer for my business. I had been in business for 10+ yrs before working with Hone Coach. I felt like I had hit a wall and couldn't grow anymore. Derrik taught me the importance of "knowing my numbers". I was embarrassed when we first met, and I couldn't even tell him what my grow revenue was for the previous year. We built a Coaching Scorecard together and started tracking everything that the business was doing each month.We also started focusing on a marketing plan. Since then my business has doubled.
