From day one working with HomeSmart and Jennifer Hill was amazing. She answered all our questions and kept us updated with any changes. She was very courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable about what was needed to sell our home. Our home was on the market for 42 days and sold without and problems. I would highly recommend Jennifer Hill from HomeSmart to anyone that is serious about selling their home.Thanks again Jennifer, you made this a great experience.
I would not recommend this agency. The agent knew that we were motivated sellers - after the listing, he said the market was soft and advised us to rent it out, even recommending a management company. He used our property against his to get an accepted offer on his own property and said it was difficult to sell ours because it was listed for rent - which he advised us to do. It was a terrible experience and huge conflict of interest.
AZ branch is the least professional agent I have ever dealt with.
Don't ever buy from them they don't deliver on the deadline...and also customer service is shit...they don't compensate you....and they tell you go who cares...wait or cancel....they don't respect you at all...no communication......zero customer satisfaction or respect....
Installers were excellent. Answered questions, skillful, patient and professional in all ways. Highly recommend the installers.
Beware of Minerva’s Real Estate, working under Homestart, and ReMax as an Associate Broker. Her license number is 1310972.Minerva Grinage aka Maira M. Grainge aka Grinage Maria and her son James Grinage just ripped our small business off for $7200.00.We did their entire back yard in the Crawford neighborhood in Parker, as well as another property in Commerce City over 9 months ago, and they are refusing to pay. She also refused to pay another contractor who installed her fence at the Commerce City property. The quality of the work performed, both ours as well as the other contractors, is high quality work she just doesn’t want to pay.This is an ethics issue (I plan to file a formal ethics complaint with D.O.R.A.) as she purchases homes, has contractors come in and complete the yards, she then rents them out, and stiffs the contractors. She’s making a lot of money of the backs of the little guy.So frustrating I could cry! We’re a small business and going to court takes so much time and effort. I just want all to be aware - hopefully I can save someone out there the trouble. These are not good people.
We are very happy with our new windows. The installers worked very hard and did a brilliant, professional job. Also, our contact with the office was very helpful and courteous at all times.
Realtor and Investor Hillary Sreynou Chhlang with Home Smart is horrible to invest with and will take your money. Do your research beforehand. Be aware of working or investing with her.

I spoke first with the talent acquisition manager, Brooke, then interviewed with one of the owners, Justin, then had another interview with the other company owner, Joe, and then spent hours learning the opening of their script for the sales representative position and had a final interview with Joe to present the opening of the memorized script. I was told I’d get a call back the following Monday to let me know if I got the position or not. Despite sending a quick text message to Joe asking if they had made a decision, I was ghosted. I spent my time on 3 phone interviews and 1 zoom interview as well as hours learning their script, but Joe could not spend 15-30 seconds to respond to my text message and instead ghosted me. Do not waste your time with these people. I hope they treat their employees and customers better than the people who apply to work there.
I have enjoyed my whole experience with HomeSmart. From the informational dinner with Earl, Evan coming out to do my inspection and meeting Jose, Taylor and Dalton who did the instillation. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. I knew exactly what to expect with each step. I'm excited to see a lower energy bill in the near future!
I try to get coverage on my appliances today and was told to call home smart. After calling homesmart I was informed that my account was internally canceled as of October 16th 2023 and that I have a bill of $608. I have never received a bill from home smart regarding this matter. I was really confused because I get my mail from USPS by email showing all mail received daily that will be sent out to me, so I would have been notified by USPS. I also have a filing for all my mail, im very organized and I've never had one piece of paper regarding this $608 come in. When I asked the representative he said he can't state if they were actually sent out but they were developed. The rep stated I owe $60.85 per month for premium repair of 8 appliances, replacement assistant and plumbing. None of this I was aware of. They stated last year excel separated my account from home smart separately and they should have billed me separately. When in fact I canceled my insurance i believe more then a year ago, Which seems they continued to bill me without noticing me. I never added these 4 services my bill ever so I'm not sure where they pulled this from. It used to be around 30 bucks monthly when i did have it. so I'm not sure how or when they add these services. This is also not on my credit report so I had no clue of being aware I was being built by a company. They never contacting me by phone nor am I getting any piece of mail stating I still had service with up charges against my will with this company. This seems illegal. I verified my address and name because I'm in disbelief this was for me and must be a mistake but how can a company bill you and not tell you, call or send out mail. Very frustrated because I wanted to do business but these practices seen illegal and outright wrong!They are now saying they emailed me and I added plumbing but provided absolutely no proof.
Great work done by Shane and Tom! Very professional and friendly guys! Showed me progress all along the way on my solar insulation! I only felt sorry for them having to deal with such hot weather and a very hot attic!
Never removed listing photos. When you are a single woman living alone, this is important!! Took a lot of complaints to get them to remove the lockbox, which was attached to the gas line.
Cannot believe how these people are still in business. It all started when I made a phone call to Mr. Alabre, in the beginning everything was very nice and pleasant to deal with, once we found a property that me and my husband liked, we scheduled a walk through. This is when things start getting weird, Mr Alabre texted me to come alone as only one person can do a walk through because of Covid, weird, but okay. Then he proceeded to advise me that I should come alone and not bring my husband, again weird, after I refused to meet with him alone for the walkthrough he then went AWOL. Very strange but wanted to share. Please stay away. Not good.
