Bad quality and bad service
My microwave safe dinner-set broke in microwave on day one. I lodged a complaint and was told someone would be in contact and over a year later still nothing. I would not recommend this

Great bathroom faucet good price fast shipping.
Honey, I picked up that leaf silhouette bathroom faucet thinkin' it'd be just the perfect touch for our new bathroom, and boy, was I right! It came lickety-split, and let me tell ya, the design is somethin' else. That matte finish? Just pops right off against our clean white tiles.Daniela, bless her heart, was an angel helpin' us out when we bought it.Now, this ain't our first rodeo with faucets. About a year ago, we got one for the kitchen just your regular ol' faucet. But they sent us a gift card, so we thought, why not treat ourselves to a new one for the bathroom?Being here in NY sure has its perks. I reckon they've got a warehouse over in Brooklyn 'cause that faucet was at our doorstep the same day.Thanks again

Low quality, not as in images
Bought the Jessica 11-piece nautical set and am very unhappy with the quality. It looks like a cheap version of the images they show on their web site. The square pillow has no blue piping around it and the colours look wrong. After initial delivery problems I contacted the company and they were quick to respond and rectify, however, after I received the items and sent in my feedback, I have not heard from them at all. Overall the embroidery is of very low quality with threads showing on the good side going from section to section and some sections missing the embroidery completely. There are no labels on any of the items to tell you how to wash it or what the material is made of (100% cotton???) - yes it is soft and slinky but it doesn't feel like cotton to me. I received a towel I did not order and if this review site would allow me to upload images, I would. It was shipped from Shanghai and it feels like a cheap Chinese rip-off to me. Paid top dollar for this but would not recommend. It definitely does not look like the quality in the images.

So here is the thing...
So here is the thing...First, huge thumbs up for Daniela. They do really have a treasure in their company.We ordered the Jessica Cover and the Giussepina comforter. The beach themed cover is just amazing, the fabric is very soft and it is actually real cotton. I don't have those awful sparks and lights during the night. We had a little issue because two of the pillowcases were missing but we contacted them and the answer was fast to be honest.On the other hand we have the Giusepina Comforter. Beautiful comforter but it is a bit heavy. The material is amazing but keep in mind that you are buying a really nice but heavy comforter.

BETTER READ RETURN POLICY before you order
If I could give Home and Tower less than one star I would. I ordered a bedspread for $ 297. I travel for my job and was out of town when the package arrived. When I actually picked up the package from my apartment mail room I didn’t like the way it looked( it looked better in the picture). When I went to return it I was told that their return policy is No returns allowed 5 days after the product is delivered, BUT I could return it for a 20 percent re-stocking fee. There was NOTHING posted online during the order process about a 5 day return policy?? It eventually cost me $74 which is more than the stated 20Percent restocking fee. I would Never buy anything from Home and Tower again. An honest company would inform its customers in bold letters during the buying process that you have 5 days to return if you don’t like it.

Excellent communication with drivers
Excellent communication with drivers. They called me and made me aware of the time of delivery. They understood my requests and delivered the vanity to the garage as I asked. They were very friendly and helpful and waited while I opened the box to inspect the unit briefly. Great service!

I inquired about product prior to purchasing and feel like what I was advised is not what I received. Then losing over hundred dollars for restocking fee is ridiculous. The item I purchased was way over priced and the product was cheaply made.I will not recommend or be re-purchasing from you. Thanks!

Almost 6 months ago since I ordered The Light of Tree lamp and still the lamp looks like on its first day, I was impressed since the delivery was very fast which is something you are not expecting when you buy from these new websites. After that I bought the compass of life another beautiful smart lamp and the quality was even much better. EXCELLENT.
