Very simple to dwl and activate the product
The purchase process was confusing. The regions listed - AFTER the purchase was complete, did not include the US. When I emailed to ask what I should do, they said to pick the UK one since that was English. Not a fan and I didn’t use it. I’ve requested a refund.

What sold me on choosing HomeOne was that it is a local Canadian company and all materials made in canada. several years in business and Alexandra provided a lot of information. I like that the app they use is their own and so many features. Very happy with how the lights look on our home and can't wait to try out all the light colors

Cannot get the product to work. McAfee says I was sold the wrong product spent a whole evening trying to get it to work and it still is not working. I want a refund!Update: I did receive a new license key and was successful in installing and running the product. Thank you for fixing the problem.
Every year it is almost impossible to get this loaded on to my computer. I have to get McAfee support and this year we spent 2 hours and still not sure it is right. Please offer more than one year subscriptions so I don't have to go through this year after year. Uninstall and reinstall and still can't load.
