Hodo Travel provides excellent customer service. I have used them multiple times and Bhupender/John goes above and beyond to ensure needs of the customer are met. Bhupender requested better seats when the check in window opens 24 hrs before boarding time, without having to pay for them. Also, he gave multiple options to consider for itineraries and advised the better option to choose. We will use Hodo again.
