I have not received my order from…
I have not received my order from February 2025. I have emailed and called. When I called today they wanted to take my address and credit card info for some promo that they said I selected when calling. This is definitely a scam business. So disappointing

It took a MONTH (they promise 2 day…
It took a MONTH (they promise 2 day shipping for orders over $25) to receive my order. I emailed, called, and commented on social media. When commenting on social media I realized others were commenting too… even employees saying they hadn’t gotten paid for 2 months. Ridiculous.

I never received the product
I never received the product, went to local post office and not the address I had asked for. Then they wanted more payment and lots of information about what I had ordered etc. When I got in touch with them they said they were returning the product.

I ordered a sampler pack from Higher…
I ordered a sampler pack from Higher Education Skincare and I really enjoyed it. I loved the little containers all the products can in. They were sturdy unlike most samples so I didn't have to find somewhere to prop them up so they didn't leak. They stood on their own and that was very helpful. I really enjoyed the GPA 10% vitamin C serum. It actually felt like I was putting vitamin C on my skin and not just another lotion or serum. I enjoyed the Double Major hydraulic acid gel moisturizer a lot as well. It's less like a gel and more like a lotion that becomes more liquidy as you put it on which was pleasant for me. I also enjoyed the Greek Week hydrating probiotic sleeping mask. I woke up the next morning with super soft nice skin. I do believe that this skincare is more for a younger crowd. I'm in my low 40s and felt like it really wasn't geared toward me but still enjoyed the products anyway. If nothing else, I would recommend to try the sampler pack, it was totally worth it for me.
