The only problem I had was withUSPS! Your shipping department did everything they could to get the shipment here to my home. The Postal Service had advised me multiple times that I was going to receive the shipment within two days.😂But finally, I did receive the ear wipes which my kitty cat greatly appreciates! I have been buying these wipes for my cat's eyes for years. His eyes are sensitive and he has had severe reactions to other brands. These work well, are gentle and non-irritating. On this occasion the ones I have been buying were out of stock. A customer service rep responded quickly to my question regarding an appropriate substitute. Jean was understanding and answered all of my questions. With her assistance I felt confident choosing an alternate wipe for his eyes, which is so important to me.

Great company, great products, great for sensitive boxer. I especially highly recommend the eye pads. These may be for eyes, but they do work great for others areas too like under my dog's chin where he gets itchy and in between his paws. My boxer's chin was super red and within 2 days of using eye pads his chin no longer looked inflamed. Excellent Customer Service, and shipping doesn't take forever. Thank you guys for providing such great natural products.
