I had bought a Hiboy s2 refurbished and had charging problems from day 1. I had previously added a negative review for the same. I want to make it right for them by posting this positive review just cause of their outstanding customer service. The steps they provided me to perform the fix on charging assembly and socket were not straight forward but they committed me that they would go to extent of replacing my scooter if I broke something during the process and also created a return shipping label for just in case . I was able to perform the repair and get my system going but thanks to all the product support

Well first I have to say Nancy has truly been amazing to my family and I . I think I had ordered this last year during a time we were struggling due to my disability, but my son really wanted this Hiboy scooter and financially we were struggling and debating to get it or not. Well we found out we won this amazing scooter for earth day and let me tell you it was a God send and this company has been nothing but sweet and amazing they answer back with questions in a timely manner they are the friendliest company I think I have EVER dealt with. Nancy is like an angel in disguise and for me and what I am going through is truly nice to see. When I originally first had THOUGHT about messaging HIBOY customer service, I almost just never did at all. Ive never emailed a website before about an issue. I rarely go to a website anymore I always just use Amazon or eBay. Anyways…im a repairman, I can literally fix ANYTHING. (Well, ive yet to find something I haven’t been able to as of now). I had fixed 3-4 of friend a or acquaintances scooters over the past 2+ years or so. And I like to ride an electric longboard myself, which the hub motor in each of the items are pretty much the exact same…just a lot smaller n the skateboard lol. I had been “finagling “ with a scooter for well iver 7-8+ weeks, just off and on. Maybe 3-4 nights a week for 2+ hours or so each time. TRYING to figureOut an issue with a scooter. I took apart EVERY SINGLE PART it has. And really, it’s a simple machine. Just the hub motor; motor controller, battery, and the display to make it essentially funtion. So when I was at my wits end, I decided I had nowhere else to turn but atleast TRY to message HIBOY customer service. I honestly didn’t check my emails the very first time for probably 4-5 days maybe more. Just cuz I assumed it would take a long time to get a reply, if any. To my extreme surprise… I got a FAST reply from an angel…NANCY!This woman has been by far one of, if not THEE most helpful, and most of all KIND, and caring customer service person I’ve ever dealt with! She was incredibly fast with a reply. Kept going back and forth, and I was writing LONG messages a lot, describing everything. She never once got tired of me,(or atleast never acted like it lol) and was always incredibly fast so get back with me. We replied back n forth well over 7-8+ weeks I think it was in total regarding my initial issue. She did anything and everything she could to help me NANCY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME, in MORE TIMES THAN JUST THE SPECIFIC INSTANCE THIS REGARDS. Just to let it be known lol, I FINALLY figured out my issue. I luckily had a neighbor I had previously fixed his scooter, and I had later remembered it was the exact sameModel HIBOY scooter as mine! He still needs a new front hub motor, so it’s not being used so he said I could borrow it to take it apart n see what the heckWas Different with mine Than his! Not long after going over anything and everything, I finally found out the cause was the wiring behind the led display/speedo…. The 3 wires(red/green/black) in ANY AND EVERY PICTURE I had searched online and zoomed in on carefully to see how it was, NONE SHOWED that for some reason the red, and the black wires, needed to be switched! EVEN THOUGH on the corresponding female adapter/connector.. it showed the red would then go to black, and vice versa. But once I finally noticed that and switchedThem around “DOO DOO DOOP!!” (Thats the noise of the scooter starting up lol. LIKE A GOD SEND AND A BEAUTIFUL SOUND TO MY EARS! After months of late nights and countless hours, finally had figured it out. Thay was nothing that HIBOY /nancy would have been able to see to have been able to initially help me with. So it was nothing on their end that Nancy hadn’t gone over with me really. I myself was figuring Nancy was probably getting sick of my continuous emails over all the weeks, BUT NEVER ONCE WAS SHE ANYTHING SHORT OF AMAZING TO ME! Always beyond helpful, extremely courteous, SHE DEFINITELY HAS A LOOOOOOOOOT OF PATIENCE LOL…and seems to have a heart of Gold! I hate that customers only wanna usually write a review when something BAD/negative happens. They rarely take the time out to let it be known when something GOOD HAPPENS. AND I TRY TO ALWAYS MAKE SURE I MYSELF MAKE THE GOOD THINGS KNOWN WHEN I CAN!I’ve tried to make sure to write on a few places thay rate HIBOY and let it be known how amazing their company is, and especially their customer service. Nancy is the best OF COURSE as ive previously stated lol. But when I posted a few things already, I kept reading through a few reviews from others, and they all pretty much said the same thing… Nancy was awesome, and I forget the names of any others…but anyone else that were named were all to have said to have been just about as great as Nancy was! Thats incredibly rare even more these days it seems , to find a company thag actually stands behind its product, and TAKES CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS AS WELL! And I can say for one thing, HIBOY does just that!!Hopefully my review isnt TOO long lol, but I wanted it to be known by as many as I could make aware, how incredibly surprised I was the very first time I emailed HIBOY trying to get some help on an issue. And like I said, I figured IF I EVEN GOT A REPLY, it would take quite some time. But I was surprised every time! Super fast responses. VERY GOOD PRICING, and fast shipping times as well. Cant thank HIBOY ENOUGH, it’s the ONLY SCOOTER BRAND I BUY NOW! A+++++
