They listen
I think one of the most important things is they actually seem to listen to your concern go over everything with you take the time to make sure the plan fits your needs and that doesn't happen much I started out with one awesome agent and now I have Robin and she's pretty cool I can't complain I've had three agents one for quite a while one that was a supervisor that filled in and then found me Robin so I really think they take my needs into consideration

Robin is awesomeness. She has called and texted me many times to check to see if my policies had arrived. They were a little slow getting my papers to me but thank goodness I didn't need them. 😅 Robin is an asset. She is a keeper. Thanks for your hard work. Hunter the agent never gave up while I was caring for my roommate who has cancer,. I greatly appreciated that because I didn’t want my son to go thru what I went through when my mother died and I had to come up with five grand to cremate her per her last wishes. Robin Akins was very helpful. I needed copies of the value of my insurance for medicaid. She sent them to my e mail. We talked about my burial insurance and what it all means. What the representative does when I pass for my family. I added more insurance. And aciddental. I just feel more satisfied and at ease now. Thank you Robin.

My pleasant experience
Talking to Robin Akin was like talking to a friend. She worked with me to find the right policy within my budget. She was NOT pushy at all. She did her follow up calls in a timely manner. After I got my policy in the mail, she went over every question I had. She didn't seem to be in a rush to get me off the phone. As for the policy, I chose to go with Lincoln Heritage for a few reasons, one was the AD&D rider, another was the assistance for my next of kin with finding the right funeral home, and the benefit of transportation assistance if I should pass away more than 200 miles away from home.
