So once again, I’m forced to leave a negative review for Hemingway Publishers. They have completely ghosted me. Can’t get a reply from anyone. They have repeatedly said they provide all services paid for, but they have not. When I pointed out what they have not provided, like the five verified positive Amazon reviews, complete access to my website, one month of social media marketing, and a few other things, they have gone completely silent. As a last resort, I filed a claim with the Consumer Fraud Department of the Illinois Attorney General. AVOID! Do not use unless you like paying a lot of money for crap and items you don’t receive.
