Hmm where do I even start? Suffice to say my main dealer, Hegarty's in LETTERKENNY who didn't even want to take on my vehicles safety recall in the first place. I pushed and they eventually booked it in. Five days later my vehicle was ready to be collected. Happily I thought that all there work was good and everything had been done, Safety recall 17S09 (which includes "audible notification" and "visual notification" of coolant level.) Three days later I had zero coolant and my engine was in 'limp home' mode. Hegarty's fitted a faulty T-Piece which even had signs of glue used to seal it. Hegarty's did not fully update the software in the vehicle and Hegarty's didn't even apologise. So then I turned to Ford Ireland who were equally USELESS. Just continue to stick together with your dealerships Ford Ireland and we'll see how far that gets you in the end. I've counted at least 7 friends and family complaints since against Hegarty's...
