Excellent service and product
Incredible service and product from Shaw and his team. I had put together a very unique and technically demanding design for a new home addition—something with a real wow factor. The fireplace I selected needed to be a true centrepiece that would immediately draw the eye of anyone who entered the home.From the outset, I had my reservations. I wanted excellence throughout, and with the company being so far from the US, I was initially concerned about the possibility of a sub-standard product or weak customer service. Still, something in my gut told me it was the right choice to elevate what we were trying to create.I’m very glad I listened to that instinct.Upon arrival, we realized we would need additional service and items, and this is where they truly proved themselves. Shaw and his team delivered an exceptional level of service, paired with the kind of craftsmanship and product quality that instantly put all my worries to rest. They exceeded every expectation.They are simply an outstanding company to work with. If seven stars were an option, they would absolutely deserve them.
