I have been using Healthy Hearts in Lafayette, LA and Morgan City, LA
I have been using Healthy Hearts in both Lafayette, LA and Morgan City, LA and I show up for my appointments every 3 months, as requested. However, every month that I have to call for my prescription to be refilled (which is a simple call or email of a prescription to the pharmacy I use every single month) it takes DAYS for me to get them to actually call it in. NOW....their phones don't work at all so I have had to drive over there the last 2 months to see someone in person.....WAIT FOR IT....now the lights are off and the doors are locked!!!!! They hold the prescription in their hands for a medication I need on a daily basis and have had to go without for days over the last several months because of their inefficiency, lack of care and pure negligence to their patients!!!!!! WORST CARE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention that EVERY time I have gone for my appointment the staff is completely different and I have yet to see the same face twice. They have told me they are going through "operational changes"....well obviously they don't know how to operate a business AT ALL because I have gone through operational changes throughout different job roles in my life and my customers/clients never went without. This is a disgrace to promise to provide a service and then GHOST the people who, have paid for said services!!!!!
