Another great experience!
Another great experience with HaulBikes! They just moved my Hayabusa from Southern California to my grandson, Patrick, in Phoenix. The driver, Travis, could’ve not been more friendly and accommodating. The bike arrived in Phoenix in perfect condition, and Travis was thoughtful to pull his truck up to within 50 feet of my grandson‘s driveway, navigating heavy traffic in downtown Phoenix. Travis kept Patrick informed of the delivery, location and time, which really simplified his ability to meet up with the truck.Patrick’s new Hayabusa is now sitting happily in his garage, immaculate, covered, and locked.Another terrific job by HaulBikes. Thank you!

I have dealt with Haulbikes for a number of years especially after the Las Vegas Mecum auction. The people have been very good and take a lot of pride in protecting our bikes. We always enjoy seeing Junior another warehouse. 1 comment would be if the database pulled up a customer's previous information it would speed up the process especially when moving multiple bikes. Thanks

This company lacks accountability
This company lacks accountability. Lost my keys and won't reimburse. If they lose my keys why am I being told the deductible is more than the cost of replacing them. I run 2 car hauling trucking companies, I just can't understand how cavalier they are about not simply getting it right.

Exactly as I expected.
This is the second time I have used HaulBike to reposition my bike from Chicago to a location in California before I start a winter tour. In both cases the bike arrived within my delivery expectations. In both cases, I have had the bike picked up at my local dealer, after pre ride service, and delivered to another dealer in CA. This meant that I was not involved with the pick up or drop off parts of the process which made the whole experience no drama and turn-key. Also having the bike picked up and dropped off at commercial locations is less expensive.I also happen to have an Air Tag on the bike so I can track its journey across the country, which adds a bit of additional awareness of the status of the shipment, which only supplements the regular updates from HaulBike dispatch.I have no reservations about recommending HaulBike for ones bike transport needs.

Very professional delivery personnel
The individuals who picked up and delivered the bike were excellent. They wery nice, professional, and helpful.I was only given 14 hours notice that the bike was being delivered. I was fortunate that I could rearrange my work schedule to accommodate this, but it was almost not possible. Notifying customers further in advance is a reasonable request.
