Wonderful experience!
From the moment we walked into the well appointed showroom, we had a 5 STAR experience. No pressure, only expert advice. Mark, our salesman was excellent. VERY HELPFUL!

Second Flooring Installation
This is the second time that I've had Harry Katz do some work at my home. First for vinyl flooring in my basement and now for porcelain flooring in my bathroom. Jesse again performed the work and I'm very happy with the way it turned out. The work was done quickly and Jesse's attention to detail is amazing. Very happy with the work. Highly recommended.

Great job from start to finish
This whole process was all I had hoped it would be. The whole staff, from Samantha, who first greeted me and introduced me to Rick, to Gary who measured, and Marino and Oscar who installed my carpeting, all had only one concern….that my expectations were met. And they were. Their care and concern was evident from the beginning and throughout the process. Great job done by all. Thank you so much.

Knowledgeable & Professional Staff
My wife and I worked with these guys to decorate our new home in Westhampton Beach. They have a professional and very knowledgeable staff. No hard sell, everybody is pretty chill and invested in achieving the best possible outcome. There is an amazing showroom which allows you to see and touch all the products, which is particularly important in an era when everything is online. I would highly recommend stopping in the showroom.

Friendly, professional, reliable
I live in California, but my 91-year old mom lives in Little Neck, Queens, and she desperately wanted new carpeting to be purchased and installed during my upcoming 11-day visit.A few weeks before that visit, I called and spoke with Sid, who confirmed that as long as we could select carpeting that they had in stock, HARRY KATZ CARPET ONE could measure and install the carpeting before I returned to California. Sid informed me that he would be out of town the first few days of my visit, but he assured me that any of his colleagues could help.A week before my planned visit, I called and had the wonderful fortune to be connected to Cyndy, the owner of the store; her grandfather had actually established the business. Cyndy graciously invited Mom and me to seek her out when we came to the store; in fact, she had been willing to meet us outside of regular business hours if it would be easier for Mom!When we got to the store, we were struck by how bright and spacious it was. Cyndy was waiting for us. Instead of having my mom walk downstairs to see the carpeting, Cyndy kindly brought samples up from the lower level.Mom quickly selected a sample, and Cyndy said she would send someone to measure Mom's flooring. That went off without a hitch, and 5 days after we set foot into the store, a friendly, professional 2-man crew completed the carpet installation in less than 3 hours. Mom and her visitors absolutely LOVE the carpeting, and she is beaming with pride!I wholeheartedly recommend Cyndy, Sid and their amazing crew (Mark, Marino and Oscar) at HARRY KATZ CARPET ONE to anyone seeking flooring from a friendly, professional and reliable company whose owner was willing to go the extra mile to help a 91-year old woman obtain the carpeting that she craved.

We love dealing with this business
We love dealing with this business. They are efficient, patient and pleasure to work with, plus their prices are great.We purchased our bedroom carpet about 3 years ago and we still love it. Today we had our living room and stairs carpets installed. When the living room carpet looked lighter than I remembered I called Cindy. Without hesitation she sent someone with the sample I chose to compare it with what was installed and, sure enough, they were the same. We mentioned that we wanted to use the extra carpet to make a mat and without hesitation the mat was cut and taken to the business for binding.I highly recommend Harry Katz to anyone looking to purchase carpeting. They are the perfect store to do business with!

If I could I would give Harry Katz 10 stars! We are returning customers and the service provided was excellent. We mainly worked with Mark who was knowledgeable and patient. Cindy always had time for our questions. She treated us like family!! Gary measured for the carpeting. He was wonderful! Steve and Bill who installed the carpeting were extremely skilled and respectful. The carpeting looks beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The best customer service
The best customer service I've found in any company I've dealt with for the renovation I'm doing. They were always very quick to respond to my questions, provide assistance when needed, reasonably priced, showed up when they said they would show up and great installation. I will definitely highly recommend them and gladly call on them again for any future projects. THANK YOU to everyone I worked with!!!!

My experience with Harry Katz Carpet was outstanding
My experience with Harry Katz Carpet was smooth and professional from the start. I worked with Richie throughout the process of selecting the carpet to the final signatures. The carpet was installed in an hour from the arrival of the installers to their exit including moving furniture out and back in the room, and cleaning up afterwards. A great job!!

Marc at Harry Katz Carpet One was…
Marc at Harry Katz Carpet One was patient and knowledgeable. I was in the store several times and asked for several samples to be sent to my home. Everyone was helpful and courteous throughout it all. The two installers, Marino and Jose, were efficient and careful. Marc made a special trip from the store to my home to deliver a necessary item. Cindy and other store assistants could not have been more helpful.These folks - from sales to installation - are wonderful.
