We recently visited Hard rock hotel in Maldives. Although the setting was beautiful and it offered quite some opportunities for different activities, we were very disappointed with several things: staff not being transparent about offers at the hotel and island (had to continuously search for staff at the reception, even multiple times for the same thing), ants in the kids' beds (which they did not really care about), bad organization on the spot (toilets not working, safe not working despite their multiple attempts to fix it), too much reliance on the app that did not work, to mention a few. The way that dealt with requests did not give impression of a 5 star hotel. Besides this, everything is ridiculously overpriced.

Disappointing Customer Service
My stay at Hard Rock Punta Cana was overshadowed by a very frustrating and disappointing experience.I booked a package that clearly stated that a professional photo session was included and fully covered. There was no mention of additional payment required.Upon arrival, I was told the photo session was not included and that it was only a 20% discount. This directly contradicted my written confirmation. When I presented proof, the response from customer service was simply: “There’s nothing we can do.”I spent an entire day of my 3-day vacation going back and forth with different staff members trying to resolve the issue. Instead of relaxing and enjoying my stay, I was dealing with stress and frustration over something that should have been honored without hesitation.What is most concerning is not just the misinformation, but the complete lack of accountability and willingness to help. For a resort of this category, I expected professionalism and problem-solving — not indifference.Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic.
Went with my wife and children and had an amazing time, the staff and the place is fantastic as well as the food. We went to the Tenerife one and had an amazing time and strongly advise that you go there.been a few Hard Rock locations and always excellent. Worth paying the extra for everytime.

Customer Care That Doesn’t Care
I reached out to Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya with genuine interest in booking several rooms for my family. I wanted to book directly through the hotel and even mentioned that it was my preferred choice among several similar resorts.Unfortunately, instead of receiving helpful support or a proactive offer, I only got a generic and unhelpful response referring me to terms and conditions — even though I hadn’t booked yet and was simply requesting a quote in line with their Best Rate Guarantee.Their reply also came 48 hours later, despite their stated 24–48 hour response window, and by then, the prices had already increased. The whole experience felt impersonal and dismissive, which is very disappointing for a brand like Hard Rock.

If you want to throw away your money go to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.I've never won a first spin bonus; it takes many spins to get a bonus; when you get the bonus nothing but disappointment. For example: the other day I was playing fifty cents on Sahara Gold. After 45 spins ($22.5) I finally won a bonus. I had to choose a box. I got the hold and spin. I was so excited, until I only won 1 ball and it was for fifty cent. I lost $22.5, so I could win fifty cents.Another time I was betting.$20 a spin on Olvera Street. Over $2000 worth of spins, not one bonus.You wouldn't believe how many times I've lost hundreds to finally get a bonus and the bonus was the current amount I bid. For ex I bet $5, lost hundreds; got a bonus won $5Casinos used to be fun, not anymore.

First I want to thank Hard Rock Hotel Marbella for all the money i saved.I haver never had such bad experience with service at the pools in this hotel.Waited for more than 1 hour to get drinks, waited 30 minutes or sometimes more to order, staff would ignore you when approached.All in all we saved money because of bad service and Har Rock lost money because of no Service.The rest of the hotel was nice, Nice rooms, nice breakfast.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana…
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana has really lowered the bar. Service used to be great and the staff used to be on point at all times. This last time it’s almost like they don’t care. You seem to be annoying them when you request anything. There are barely any accommodations for the guests, nothing to make you feel welcomed or happy to be there. You spend so much money for such mediocre service. It’s truly a shame. It used to be our favorite resort until this terrible experience.

Dirty pillowcase - aaaahhhh yuk
4/22/25 stayed in Bristol, TN. Friendly staff, but really was disgusted when we checked in to second floor room and was checking out room and had a dirty pillowcase with makeup all over it. Checked sheets and they were clean and bathroom, but either overlooked and stain pillowcase was used, or someone in room had laid head on pillow. Kind of wonder what else might of happened in there. When checking out there was no record of our complaint on file, even though we complained immediately to the desk. By the time we grabbed our luggage and got back to room the pillowcase was changed. All I got was a $15.00 credit.

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Calangute -Goa -very clean - staff friendly and helpful especially staff in the Tonic Bar - The ambassador for the bar was exceptional and especially helpful and Vivek - one of the barman was the best fastest and most amenable - great assets to your company. - would definitely like to return

Absolutely no way this is a 5 star!!
We were “all inclusive” at the Tenerife hotel and it was in no way shape or form all inclusive, we were told we couldn’t even have an additional bottle of water for the room. We could only eat lunch at the beach bar between 3-4pm, the al a carte restaurants are mainly just a 30% discount, there is 2 included but the menu is extremely limited, literally 2 or 3 options only. Most of the decent spirits were not included. You wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t very expensive for the all inclusive which is supposed to be 5 star. We couldn’t even access the spa, it was €40 per day per person entry which is ludicrous and a massage was €185!!!! It was a 4star hotel at best, all inclusive was a 3 being polite. The pools were nice although not enough beds for even this off season! But the entertainment was really good. The buffet was good as well to be fair but overall would not recommend.

Having no stayed here x3 times previously the service is appalling compared to x3 previous years . The pool service is sooooooo slow is over 40 mins to get a drink a drink , sitting at the poolSide bar for food is just as bad and the shop inside hotel for food don’t even go there , been here x4 days and they hv had no staff on the cashiers , it took us x35 mins to just pay for x1 bottle of fresh orange juice as the cashiers are not open . There were a few arguments in the shop whilst we were there as the service was soooo bad! No way the service you expect of the price of the hotel !! It’s not okay !!

Hard Rock Hotel - Dominican - SHAME ON YOU!!You are allowing a company named LEGENDARY VACATION CLUB, to scam your customers out of THOUSANDS of dollars. The aggressive sales person from LEGENDARY VACATION CLUB approached my in-laws as they got off the plane and asked them which resort they were staying at. After they replied HARD ROCK HOTEL, the sales person excitedly responded "I WORK AT HARD ROCK HOTEL!" My In-Laws, that don't speak good English (they speak Mandarin and are from China) trusted the sales persom after hearing this and then they we sold vacation trips that didn't exist. HARD ROCK CAFE you need to protect your customers from this scammer company, We are now fighting with this SCAMMER COMPANY - LEGENDARY VACATION CLUB to try and get the thousands of dollars back that was obtained with lies and false promises.

Great location, next to the sea and big clubs. The noise of the airplanes that fly a few meters above the hotel is not very pleasant. Average services. You need to pay extra charges to get the full range of a 5* hotel. Quite good breakfast, however!

Advertised as Heaven... More like Hell
Booked their hotel in riviera maya and despite all the glam from their website arrived to a room facing a building site that was dirty. Went to check out that day but was told I couldn't as manager wasn't in. Waited longer and still more issues and extremely dirty rooms, my feet were black from walking around barefoot. Eventually they agreed to refund us for unused nights once we had confirmation from the booking agent. The booking agent agreed and despite advanced warning they went back on their word and left us out of pocket for 2nights.It's ridiculous paying a premium price for what I feel was 2 star resort. To make matters worse staff then went around taking pictures of us at breakfast and dinner so felt we had to leave. Tried continuously contacting them for a refund and still waiting, they refuse to even offer a gift voucher. Avoid this hotel and stay somewhere nicer

Amazing hotel, amazing experience - customer service…. Wow. Beyond awful. Use another hotel.Unfortunately we have been overcharged $800. That’s not an issue, mistakes happen and fault admitted their end.However, the fight and lack of communication to get that money refunded has been unreal despite twice them confirming the mistake.No account handler, days between responses, weeks (still yet to paid) for a refund to be issued despite promise of having it authorised to be sent.For the premium experience you hope to receive, and which our wedding received (was lovely) since returning this has been anything but what we would expect.Given the amount of choice out there - I’d pick elsewhere. Out of sight out of mind is a worrying moto from this hotel.I’ll happily change my review should the service pick up, but I’ll always warn others - some hotels look for service others, like hard rock, clearly are only staffed to deal with you whilst you are there!

This certainly has the wow factor on…
This certainly has the wow factor on arrival with plenty of costumes etc from lots of stars and music being played literary everywhere.We opted for half board as we like venturing out most days. What was a surprise was that if we had gone all inclusive it’s actually not! The three themed restaurants all have a surcharge even the wine, if we being half board ate there the wine was 25 euro while all inclusive was 20 euro! You could only choose from a limited menu also. This applies to premium drinks also.Rooms were clean, well laid out and well stocked. Nice touch was a blue tooth speaker but unfortunately I could not get it to work, I did ask reception who said they would help but never did.A word of caution if you go in school holidays expect a lot of children and it can get very noisy in the breakfast hall.Food was quite good with lots of choice, we were not informed until the last day that we were entitled to a glass of wine with dinner.Apart from having to pay for everything except the gym and I do mean everything! It’s a great hotel

Hard Rock Bali - A Must Visit
Hard Rock - BaliThank to you Shane and his amazing team at the Hard Rock in Bali.We stayed here for two nights and received a great experience. Despite a few teething issues with the air con this was handled professionally and promptly and that resulted in us having the best experince. The live band at the hotel are amazing and very talented and it’s lovely that they invite hotel guests who are talented to join them in the band for their chosen songs.Keep up the great work, if we visit Bali again we will definitely be choosing Hard Rock.
