Very unprofessional, not service minded
I have ordered a few times over last 2 years. It started out good but after problems with order, no more service or cooperation at all. No solutions offered. No reply to emails, only after posting on FB a reply. Messages got deleted as well.Since problems, orders took longer to be sent out, up to after 5 days. Not possible to cancel orders.Gives preferential treatment to certain people.Not customer friendly, low on stock. Non green packaging.Wanted to try small company but very disappointed in service, quality and helpfulness.
