This company used to be great now they could care less about their customers. I purchased 2 items from this company and only received one item. I have reached out to customer support via email numerous of times and the bogus number they have listed on their site… well good luck with that. I will definitely be reporting them to BBB.
Products are high quality. Helped to calm my scalp and provided nutrients. My dermatologist was happy that my alopecia was stable which I believe was helped by their oils, shampoo and conditioner. I use the oils everyday - leavin conditioner everyday as well. Shampoo 3 times a week.
I purchased this product on the 8th Aug, waited until 21st Aug for it to arrive. I have the real Batana oil and this is nothing like it. It smells, looks and feels different from the real thing. Do not buy this product it is a fake. To be fair I should have known, my other pot cost me £30 for a 150ml. This was on a deal for £16 for 118ml. Save your money and get the real thing. I have requested a refund, I doubt that I will get one though!!
Let me off saying I’ve been a customer since the pandemic, 5 years! My hair grew! This is when it was JUST the oil & literally 10 ingredients before they expanded. Idk what has happened to this company! Their products have changed & disappeared with no warning or lettingLoyal customers know or any updates. I get excessive emails & texts for 60%& %70 off and it’s never 60 %or 70% off. I guess they ARE truly going out of business because all their products are randomly & cust services are gone. Shampoos, conditioners etc gone. No one has responded in all the forms of contact so I’m not ordering from them anymore. I’m sad to see a good company end on a negative note & hear others have had terrible experiences. I’ve always gotten my products & sometimes a little extra gift or company note. Never what many have expressed… China?!!If there was at LEAST contact etc it would be different. It feels like a divorce. But it’s time to move on. It was a good run untilIt wasn’t. There are other natural companies that have great customer service ladies.
I think I was tricked honestly after I ordered this I noticed it’s took a few days to update then I have just seen it’s being shipped form China 🇨🇳 . This must be some kinda joke after looking at the website/page i doubt this we be the original from Honduras! Very peed off!!!
I have been a customer for 4 years always have received my orders, but this time is different I place a order May 23 showing shipped never received, sent email came back as undeliverable, What is going on hairgrowth? Get it together losing customers, and I will be one of them going with Bask and Lather maybe they know how to treat their customers,
I had high hopes in this company. But I feel they are careless in many ways. First of all their customer service, like phone, and chat service are a joke. Chat always says wait time is longer and then quits on you because they close shop at a certain time. Also their phone doesn't even exist in registry so can't even call them. And can't send them email and returns back because it says mailbox unavailable. I think they designed their system to be inaccessible, and remove accountability and connection with customers. That's DIRTY!!! The other is they don't seem to have consistent product quality. My second order had a different smell and feel compared than the first. And then the worst is this.... I ordered their vitamin gummies that was fully plant based ( according to the product description and picture). But I received different one that has fish collagen. I have dietary restriction. They can't just up and send me whatever they want. That's WRONG! They replied to my complaint saying i can return it if I want. And said they changed the ingredients to improve the taste. I see no motivation on their part to fix the product description on their website, so people don't get tricked. I feel cheated! Atleast I should receive what I ordered!!! I have picture proof of what I purchased from the company site, and what I received in photo. So DISAPPOINTED!!!
I ordered some shampoo and conditioner for my son. Over a month ago. I never got it. When I emailed them and they finally answered, they said they would send another order free of charge and asked me to verify my address, which I did. Never got tracking info or anything. So…I emailed a few more times with no response. Finally they responded when I told them I’d be contacting the BBB. They offered a free of charge shipment…they asked me to verify my address again and I did. Still haven’t got tracking info or shipping info. No phone number to call. You have to leave a message with a bot and then they email you if they want to. I will Not be ordering from them again.
I ordered the Extreme Hair Growth Bundle which was supposed to come with a bottle of 10 in 1 Hair Growth Serum--I did not receive that. Instead, I received a bottle of gummy vitamins that are made with fish, which I can't use since I'm vegan, and that have food dyes listed in the ingredients list, which I also avoid. I tried emailing customer service at multiple emails that were listed on their contact page but all my emails bounced back as undeliverable. I tried contacting them via the chat on their page but was left on hold indefinitely. I made a comment on one of their Instagram posts about this issue and it was ignored. Either this is a scam, or the company is just incompetent--sends the wrong items and doesn't reply to attempts to fix the issue. I will never buy from this company again and am telling other people how bad this experience was.
Repeat customer until I was sent a rancid product that smelled horrible. It's my opinion that it was made with the cheapest seed oil because it didn't absorb. Emailed and asked to send back at my expense to exchange for different bottle. Did receive email back saying they don't do returns or exchanges and given a promo code to buy again. I would never buy again, and neither should anybody else.
I absolutely LOVE Hair Growth Co products! They deliver results 100%!! Also, customer service is top notch! You MUST try the products! You will be amazed and completely satisfied and happy with the results!!

I bought from this company before and there was no issues but now I don't know what happened. They took my money and didn't ship my purchase. I emailed 2 different occasions asking what the issue is for No response.
I will never order from this company again. I had to return my unopened product and contacted the company for a return address. I was provided a P.O. Box to return the product. I paid nearly $13.00 for shipping. Needless to say, Hair Growth Co. provided me with a P.O. Box that they no longer own. I spoke with someone at the post office stating that the company is still using the P.O. Box and the packages are being returned back to the sender, therefore forcing the package to be out of the return window.
I had two separate orders arrive missing one item each, when I used the 50% off discount code that they constantly send, with NO reply to any of my 4 emails. No customer service reply at all. No acknowledgement. BUT I did get yet another email about their customer results....
I feel your pain, my sisters. This company was recommended to me, so I ordered their products. The smell, condition of my hair, was great, and for a great price. The first time I notice the change was with the cloud conditioner and shampoo...no more tingling "pepperminty" feel or smell. Plus $29.99 price for the 8oz bottle now. I didn't purchase this product for growth as my hair is rather long, but basically because my baby sis swears by it. But once I tried it OMG it was wonderful. Guess what Y'all? Walmart has a brand I saw on Gayle Kings, CBS morning show. "Mielle" has a 12 0z bottle (I bought Rosemary Mint strengthening Conditioner, and Black Castor oil & Chebe Shampoo) each for HALF the price of HGC.
Let me be perfectly clear - before they changed the formula in early 2024, this product was the best there was. My hair not only grew three inches from September to January, it was also clean and silky soft. The last batch I ordered in February 2024 looked completely different. It was noticable. The shampoo was a much lighter color and moved like gel. I didn't think much of it until I used it, but it was like putting clear gel putty in my hair. It smelled like that, too. The shampoo used to be thin liquid form almost like water and smelled like natural ingredients. Whatever this is isn't that, and my hair feels dry and brittle now after instead of just clean. The conditioner change is worse. It used to be a silly, thicker texture that smelled wonderfully like essential oils, and left my hair feeling so soft even in the shower. The new formula? That same gel nonsense. Smells *slightly* like essential oils, but left my hair so dry it was like I didn't even use conditioner and I had to use a hair mask after just to be ok. I know each batch is different and I'm hoping it's a fluke, because these products were legit the best there were and they WORKED. If the next order is like my own from February, there's no way I can keep using this stuff. It's such a shame, too, because I love small business and I was sold on the all-natural aspect of something that actually helped my hair grow.
This company doesn’t care about delivering quality products to their customers because the products you receive are damaged or defective. On January 30, 2024 I ordered a 8 oz bottle of Chebe + Rice Water Leave-In Conditioner & an 8 oz bottle of Follicle Strengthening Chebe + Rice Water Shampoo. I thought I was going to get good quality products but instead received two bottles with damaged safety seals and the bottles partially filled. So I messaged custom support with the Hair Growth Company, told them what happened and requested a product return.A week later I received new products, but unfortunately these products were damaged too. The conditioner has a broken seal and this cosmetic product was leaking out of the bottle and the shampoo had undissolvable white sediments at the bottom of the bottle. I tried shaking it, but this didn’t help. I messaged customer support with Hair Growth Company but it doesn’t seem that they care because they never gave me a product return.
Stay far away. The products are junk and their return process is the worst of the worst. If you try the product and you don’t like it, you’re stuck with it and can’t return it. Only unopened item can be returned during a small window and you pay to return it. The websites really iffy on when you actually get your money back. And again, the products are junk & smell terrible.
