I love my waterproof mp3 player
I love my waterproof mp3 player. I did have an issue but Norma at customer service was excellent. She resolved my issue in a friendly and helpful matter. The sound quality while swimming is great. I am 65 and not tech savvy yet I easily added my songs through ITunes. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service, gaslights user on incredibly poorly built product. False advertising and expect the product to breakdown shortly after warranty. Scam company.

Exceptional customer service and product
These headphones are life changing.. my swimming experience is sublime.I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service, in fact exceptional.The ease of download music is flawless, no computers needed.The memory on these devices is outstanding.I wouldn’t be without them .I would recommend these to anyone who swims… totally life changing.Better than SHOKZ by a million miles .. just Bluetooth any music across … simple .. I love my H20Audio headphones…. 2.5 hours music on one charge!!

Very poor quality products and customer service
I bought a Tri Pro multisport and kept it in pristine condition, very well looked after and used few times. Suddenly broke down. When reached out to customer service was told you enjoyed for 2 years what do you expect from a product that goes in water, warranty only covers 1 year!

Great experience with customer service
I wanted to offer a different perspective from the reviews I saw here. I have the Tri2 Multi sport Pro headphones that I use for swimming, but also sometimes out on hikes. The customer service at the company was great - I first mistakenly ordered the non-pro model, but when I received it I realized it did not have the "Playlist+" functionality, which I needed in order to get music onto the player. I contacted them and they sent me a free return label, even though the mistake was mine. I then reordered the Pro model and I've now used it for 4+ months, on average three times a week in the water for an hour, and it is operating well and I am loving it. There is a learning curve with the buttons, and I needed assistance figuring out the Playlist+, which customer service also helped me with.

Nightmare company. Their customer service is abysmal. If you start chatting with them, they will laugh at you and tell you that you are a liar and a troll. You can try it yourself at h2o Audio's Support Center page.

purchased latest waterproof MP3 player for swimming ,model # 3 which now has magnetic re charger on back.Within 6 months unit stop charging.washed in fresh water after each use.dismantle confirmed inside water and corrosion which stopped charging.An expensive 6 months purchase.

Disappointing customer service, average product
Unclear information on shipping and poor customer service.The product is so so, I was expecting more quality for the money.Beware their inability to consider import taxes to their main distributors.They also do not offer any shipping options and FedEx will charge you extra without you being able to opt to pay the charge yourself .I've bought products with import charges before who have far better Comms and customer service.

Not UK Based - £56.96 Customs Charge.
Website shows prices in GBP, Yet apparently these ship from USA.I ordered on 28 Nov 23 and am still waiting for delivery [18Dec].If you are in a hurry for these and are in the UK expect a long wait.To cap it all they want a review before items arrive. So here it is.Finally to make matters worse I have a bill for £56.86 In customs Charges. Avoid this company if you are in the UK.
