Order 264592

Order 264592DO NOT use this company, they provide high prices on the website to trick customers into sending in their phones, but then low-ball you once they receive the phone. They also LIE on the device health report - my phone was freshly refurbished with a brand new screen and back, and they said they found scratches on it...The initial offer was around 20% lower than the website price. When I rejected it, they offered a very slightly higher price.Got my phone back in the end and sent it to "envirofone" - which of course had a perfect report! And paid as per their website quoted price the next day!Wasted weeks with this lying company.

Order 265231

Order 265231 - I knew I wanted something quick and without a headache which was archived. Original quote was 3x bigger than what they offered me but because my phone is quite old I didn’t want the hassle. Done and dusted.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Sent iPhone in perfect condition expecting £33ish. Offered £6. Seems to be the way they do business. As my Dad would say RIP-off merchants.

No refund - 30 days!!

I was given an iwatch for Christmas purchased through Grademobile. After 3 weeks the battery lost all charge by 5pm. I contacted Grade mobile to request assistance. I was sent a standard response to return via Amazon for a replacement as under warranty. I asked if there was any tips to preserve the battery life to Which I was given a brief response with options to try. After a day the battery still lost all battery life even though it had been charged all night . I then contacted grade mobile again to request a refund as the battery was still not keeping charge. They then told me that there would be no refund as outside the 30 days returns policy! I immediately sent a response explaining my rights to a refund as the item was faulty but I was still told that as the purchase was made on 9.12.25 the 30days starts then! I explained this was a Christmas gift so I did not receive until 25.12.25. And retailers normally extend the returns policy for this period. I was still given a standard respond stating I could have a replacement! This watch cost £179! I have now opened a dispute with Amazon who have kindly taken over this matter for me! BE WARNED.

Scam - go to Mazuma instead

Scam! Go to Mazuma instead. Told me my phone was damaged & didn't work properly (phone has literally just come back from insurance repair and works perfectly). Said the screen was damaged, it's new! And there were 'fingernail depth' scratches in it - it's not got a scratch on it, always used in a case. Offered £116 initially, then said only £33 - when I rejected that, they offered about £60! Got it returned!!!

I like the quick service but they…

I like the quick service but they heavily discount offer with suspicious faults. From two phones I was indicated that the combined value was estimated at £600. Offer for both ended up reducing to £400. Reasons given suspicious as both phones were in excellent condition. I have sent another phone to another provider as not happy with offer and will probably not use again

Untrustworthy company

I sent my S20 phone, which is in great condition and works, to this company. They emailed me that the back of the phone was broken. It wasn't broken when I sent it. Foolishly I didn't take a photo before posting, although I use plenty of padding in the packaging- even used the original box.I declined their valuation and asked for my phone back.

Avoid!

Avoid! Sent in a phone in perfect condition and was told it was scratched and showing signs of wear. Reading other people’s reviews this seems to be common practice.

Sent my phone to Grademobile after…

Sent my phone to Grademobile after resetting as per instructions. They contacted to say there was still a passcode which I provided but they informed it didn’t work, although this was the passcode id always used. Will not return the phone now in line with regulations but this is not made clear on the website. No reply from them when I asked where will my phone now go. Wish I’d given my old phone to another family member instead.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!I sent my iPhone here after receiving a quote of £101. I did expect this to be slightly decreased as they usually are…but their offer (after their ‘robots’ 😂😂😂had checked it) was…£10!! Clearly this is unacceptable for a phone that was in almost immaculate condition, possibly eventually needing a new battery (£20 tops) so I asked them (with some difficulty as their website is pretty basic and useless) to return the phone. I received it yesterday and sold it almost immediately for £85 on marketplace. Great result…no thanks to Grade Mobile! What a very poor company.

Scam. Shysters

My phone in excellent condition was valued by grade mobile at £162. After they had received it they downgraded offer to £100. Even less than Apple offered me. What a scam this is. Complete nonsense. I asked they return my phone immediately. Don’t be suckered by these cowboys!!

Scam!!!

Scam!!!! Quoted 210 for condition but when they got phone they said was in poor condition (It was like new). Offered £95. I accepted as I didn't want the trouble of waiting for it to be sent back and re selling it. Accepted the offer a week ago and no sign of money even though website states payment will arrive within 24 hours of acceptance of offer. Been completely scammed!! Horrible company that needs shutting down.

Same as everybody else

Same as everybody else, a derisary price offered after 'robots' checked the phone. Usual nonsense grade c, marks on body, scratches on screen. All complete nonsense! This is a scam operation. Do not use!!!

Scam. Avoid!

Typical tactic of quoting high and then low-balling once they have your device. In hopes of forcing you to cave. Took £200 off the original quote. You would think i sent them a device that was smashed to pieces. But my device was pristine. Absolute joke of company. Its a scam, i would avoid like a plague if you're planning to trade in your device. Stick to the reputable brands.

Use another company

Why did I read the reviews after I'd sent my phone to them? Just like everyone said they offer a fair price and then once their "robots" have checked it they find scratches damage etc and offer considerably less,I've rejected their offer and they are considering my counter offer which i would accept,I'm not holding my breath.Update: They refused my counter offer(surprise) and they are sending my phone back to me,hopefully in the same condition!

Sadly very poor

Did a search to sell my iPhone.price looked ok so went ahead. They came back to me to say my phone had scratches , a dent etc. offered me a fraction of the money suggested. So declined , they offered £10 more. Said no, my phone was in perfect condition, please return. Sent to another firm , straight back to me. Phone in perfect order. So they paid £154 more than grade mobile offered. Enough said !!!!!

Trusted this company as the price…

Trusted this company as the price initially offered for my IPhone 12 Pro Max which was in very good condition seemed very good. However upon sending it in and them doing the checks they came back with an unreasonable offer. I went back to say I was not happy so they upped the offer (suspicious) and still not what I had hoped for however I accepted it as could not be bothered with hassle of trying to resell. I have now been waiting on payment which has not been forthcoming and they are claiming they have paid me. I have threatened escalation of this to get resolvement and will see what happens. Wish I had now read the reviews as it’s clear I am not alone with this experience.
