This is the most customer service friendly I have ever encountered. I purchased a software from them and was having difficulties with the installation. I texted them with my problem and within less than 24 hrs responded and performed a remote install on my computer. That was very impactful to me and will recommend them to all my friends and families.

The software is very affordable, and works well. The real great part of this company is the technicians that help with any issues. This was a big one, and they spent over an hour working at the problem. It was not fixable by their team on one computer, but they were able to make the software work on a different computer. Luckily the issue did not transfer over to the 2nd computer. But they spent over an hour with me and that is really rare for support techs to do. I really appreciated their time (and patience) - I am not a techy person, but I try. And the tech was easy for me to work with.
I had no issue downloading the software but did have trouble installing it which required me to contact customer service.He was able to help me but towards end he pressured me into giving him a tip. When I tipped him (which really seemed a bit odd) he pressured me to increase it because "he had to split it with the company.He was still using the utility so he could access my computer for the install & he could see what I tipped. Since he wasn't finished with the install I felt like there might be "issues" with the install if I didn't tip. So I did increase it as I felt a bit held hostage. The whole transaction made me uncomfortable & because of it I probably wouldn't purchase anything else from this company.
I was leery about buying an MS Office product through an intermediary, but the Groupon price for Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus Windows PC was too good pass up. So far, everything is working fine -- I just needed and am using Word. One does need to be confident in following directions, including using the product key in the confirmatory email, and removing any early version of MS Office on your computer. No problems though. So glad this downloadable version -- with NO AI -- is available. It appears there is responsive customer support, too.
I received the Microsoft Office License Key but it did not work. I called immediately for a refund and they said they could only refund a portion and would keep a $50 restocking fee. However, they did not ever issue any refund. I have called and emailed several times, with no support or refund. This is a scam.

Microsoft downloads are always cumbersome; made more so when licenses are purchased through a third party.This was no different, but technical service/support made it happen.
Contacted the technical team to resolve a download issue, the technical issue I had was not a simple one but was resolved really well.

First Off, I am very skeptical about purchases on the internet, however I did pur have this Office Homw and Business 2024 from gosoftware at Groupon. That said I felt it was a trusted site. That said I was still unsure. However when I had trouble with the activation of the software I sent an email to gosoftware and got a very nice Indian gentleman on the phone by the name of Jay. Jay had walked me through the first email I got, he helped me Identify my License Number and he also connected to my computer to help me properly install it. Again, while im always skeptical it was a pleasant experience and we chatted about many things including US and India relations etc. Throughout the whole time Jay pleasantly assisted with the installation of the Software as well as giving me some friendly tips on how to properly eliminate oe flush our temp files/junk files feom my system. He actually did it himself. He further helped me uninstall old version of Norton and Macafee where I needed to subscribe and never did. The system seemed to work more smoothly and I have to say Im pleasantly suprised of the Customer Service from Gosoftware. This is what I look for as an American making a purchase feom a Foreign seller. That is a high level of professionalism and customer service and tgat is what Mr. Jay delivered. Hope it keeps working well. Fingers crossed. Thank you Mr. Jay.
