Sold two MacBooks to this company and the experience was very good. I accidentally misrepresented the specs of one Mac and they were very cordial in the response and even offered to ship the Mac back for free. The whole experience was very personal unlike other companies.

This process was easy for me. I’m happy I didn’t have to meet with anyone in person. To me this process is safer. Anyhow, I was happy with the amount that I received for my phones. I could’ve got more but I would’ve had to meet in person with someone and people are sketchy nowadays. GoRoostr is very professional, and great at keeping you updated throughout the whole process. I was paid very fast to my Zelle which is always a plus. If you’re like me when it comes to selling phones, definitely use GoRoostr you won’t regret it. Also, if you’re a repeat seller you will get extra money added on top of your quote with a code that you’re provided with by the company. Happy selling 😊

I enjoyed my experience with GoRoostr immensely. They were communicative and helpful throughout the process (as much as they needed to communicate) and I experienced zero issues! Payout was as quoted and immediate according to their timeline. I would/will definitely use them again as needed.
The best in terms Of technology
Was reluctant to try this site but after Apple making offers, then saying ‘your trade in is worth nothing’ but they will recycle for free.. I reached out to GoRoostr. I actually received exactly what they offered, and it was $170.00 more than Apple’s initial offer. Love my MAC but disappointed in Apples tactics.
