What made my experience so positive was the straightforward process and the impressive variety of medications to choose from. I also appreciated the option to have Good MDs select for me. They took theyre sweet time procescing my order, and i ended up going to the pharmacy twice for no reason. Go with a different company if you don't want to waste youre time with terrible customer service

Easy, Simple, Effective
My grandson told me how simple and easy it was to use Goodmds.com. He was right. I expressed my concern and requested an antibiotic that would be helpful - - and within two hours my antibiotic was available at the pharmacy two blocks from my house. Easy and simple.

Made infection worse.
I was only given enough antibiotics to take twice daily. I knew I would need medication every eight hours to clear this infection. They would not help and my infection is worse. A total waste of money and definitely declined my health, no way has it improved it

My husband needed to rent a recliner after shoulder replacement surgery. Donna was so helpful to get him in the right chair and then to get the chair delivered to our home in a lighting fast speed. She and the company are wonderful

Negative!
So I’m feeling like I have strep throat. I go through the process, they take my money at 1:30 am. Pharmacy opens at 8. I call. They don’t have anything. I call the number for good md. They don’t answer. The link to email them about it doesn’t work. I finally get a call back. This lady has such a thick accent I ask her to repeat herself and she sighs out of frustration. Very disrespectful. Never giving them my money again. Best part? It’s going to take an hour to 30 minutes for them to send it again. And that doesn’t include the time the pharmacy has to take to put it together. Yay! Don’t use this site, just go into a real clinic.

Goodbye Urgent Care!
I knew what my issue was and which medication I needed to treat it. I didn't feel like sitting in an urgent care or paying $175 to be seen just so I could get a prescription. I looked online and found GoodMDs. I read a bunch of reviews which were overwhelmingly positive and figured the worse that could happen was that I'd be out the $39 fee for my online treatment. I filled out my information, answered their questions, paid the $39 and waited to see what would happen. In less than an hour I received an email from GoodMDs informing me that my prescription for the ZPack had been sent to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy to confirm, and had my antibiotics in my hand 15 minutes later. I saved time, money and aggravation by avoiding urgent care and taking a chance with GoodMDs. I couldn't believe how simple, inexpensive and efficient the entire process turned out to be. I will absolutely be using GoodMDs the next time I need non-emergency medical care

quick and efficent
quick and very convenient. no office visit. Fee was similar to office visit copay. Not having to schedule a appointment and take time off to go to Dr was a huge benefit. prescription was sent straight to my local pharmacy
