I made an appointment with GoFlooring
I made an appointment with GoFlooring, and when the sales rep (lets call him DG) showed up, I walked with him and stayed in all four (4) rooms as he measured. He then sat at the kitchen island, at which time, I asked him to excuse me for a minute as I had to go to the garage. Upon entering the kitchen, I saw him coming out of my bedroom. As an fyi....I am a woman. He did his calculations and told me a figure of $16,000.00 for 750 sq ft of carpet. I was so shocked because what he did not know was that he was the 6th estimate I had gotten and the previous 5 estimates all came in around $7,500.00 - $8,000.00. When I told him that I had previously gotten 5 estimates so I know what the 'ball park' figure would be, all of a sudden the figure then becomes $7,344.00 which was less than 1/2 of the original estimate. The second issue was that since I had indicated that I wanted a gray carpet, he only brought 2 sample boards all with gray carpet but had specs of white running thru them. I explained to him that I hated the white specs and asked him why the samples he brought all had the gray specs when their website shows otherwise. It was my belief that as per their advertisements, they seem to have an over supply of carpet colors with white specs. So I selected a shade of gray from the pc screen. Ok, we all know that colors on any type of electronic screens are always off, but I showed him what I wished.The next day I got a call from their office to schedule the installation, which I did. However, later during the day, I got another call to schedule the installation at which time I told the office rep that I had already confirmed the scheduling of the installation. The rep went on to say that I had selected a 'tan' color and how beautiful it looked. Upon hearing tan, I halted everything! I spoke to someone in the office who was kind enough to mail me two (2) samples based on our conversation and I selected one (1). The installation was great except for the female who was sweeping the dust after the original carpet and padding were removed. Now, the dust was construction dust!!! In the master bedroom closet there are shelves that are approximately 8-9 feet from the floor, so I left the clothes on those shelves. When I realized all the dust, I had to ask her to stop and provide her with a vacuum cleaner to use instead. Might I also add, the installers also had a vacuum cleaner which I saw upon them using after the carpet installation.In a nutshell, GoFlooring is a good company. However, I suggest that if you are going to use them, please get other estimates as well. This is because the sales rep. (DG) works on commission, and could not explain to me how he got from 16K to 8K. He doesn't provide a detail receipt, but went on a rampage during a call with me how he isn't racist, homophobic etc.... as if someone asked him. However, he did not realize that his rampage confirmed that that is exactly who he is!!Again, do your homework, by getting other estimates prior to selecting anyone for any type of flooring (or any work really) so you will have an idea as to how much the job will cost you. GoFlooring sales rep all work on commission, and will take advantage of you if they see fit. DG saw a woman, and decided to take a chance but he was not aware that he selected the wrong person!!!! He made an ASSumption which back fired because his very first mistake was price gauging and not knowing whom he was speaking to.Besides, my bad interaction with DG, GoFlooring is a good company to purchase flooring from but you MUST do your homework first, and watch out for their sales rep. So if you live anywhere in the Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head, Hardeeville, etc area of South Carolina be careful. My only issue with GoFlooring is their sales reps....... Horrible!!!

The installation is perfect,mine cost $13.00 sqft including old carpet removal,furniture moving,that not competing compare to local installers.

Nice job
The crew worked all day, no breaks. Did a good job. Just missed one spot for the border. And I have a chip on one of the titles pieces already. It’s only been a week

Flooring at its finest
This is my second time using this company and it has been a great success. First time we did the flooring downstairs and since the flooring turned out so beautiful we decided to give it another try and did upstairs. When I tell you this company knows what they’re doing my family is so impressed with the quality and beauty of the flooring. I seriously recommend Go Flooring for your flooring project. New floor looks great
The floor met and exceeded my expectations. The only problem was the time they arrived. I had boarded my dog with expectations to be done by 5. That did not happen.

The people from sales through and including installation were great to work with. The installers were professional and very courteous and helpful. Will use again if and when need new flooring in another property.

The guys were great workers!!!!
The guys who put the floor down were nice and did a really great job..they moved all the heavy stuff in and out to do floor. The floor looks great couldn’t have asked for a better job or product..

The crew that did my floors did an amazing job. They worked hard and were very respectful to my belongings. They even made a few repairs that I wasn’t aware of until they showed. Would highly recommend GO FLOORING.

Great customer service
From the Sales person to the installers, everything went so easily and efficient. No pressure from the sales person, up front and knowledgeable. The installers were the best, they came in worked extremely hard, and did everything that was promised to us. A couple of the most hard working guys I have ever seen.

The salesman was very helpful and he showed me different ways I would put News floors in my house. They came out the next week to install my floors and I was very pleased with the quality and the work. I would Recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Go Flooring.

My experience with the 3 men who did…
My experience with the 3 men who did the installation was fine. A lady, who one of them called, I assume to say they had finished, asked me if I had been given the cleaning package. When I told her, no, she said for me to ask him about it. I did, and the same young man who had made the call to her said, he had not given one when they picked up the flooring. He said he would have one sent to me. I have not received it and I would like to know ifthe message that I did not receive one at the time of the installation was ever given to anyone? I would like to clean my floors and it’s my understanding that I need the broom and whatever else is in the package to do this.Would you please follow up and message me the date I should be receiving it?

I loved the floors and Ed the installer did an alsome job.Go flooring did an excellent job working with me as I had to reschedule a couple times due to my remodeling nightmare, but they made this easy

The Flooring installers were efficient
The Flooring installers were efficient, thorough and left both inside and outside clean! I had no idea they would also put LVT in closets ! I hadn’t even cleaned out closets for installation.Wonderful work 🥳

We are happy with our floor…
We are happy with our floor installation. The installers were on time, very respectful, professional, and efficient. They removed all of our carpet and replaced it with LVP flooring. They were able to complete the installation in one day (1500 square feet), which was a plus. When the job was done, they cleaned up everything as well. We highly recommend them. Thank you for a great experience.
