We saved a great deal of money…
We saved a great deal of money switching from our old account with Optimum to our NEW account with Optimum - go figure. These are terrific people - Harris, Nick, Peter and the others are non-stop responsive. Our new Yealink system was installed on time as promised in two locations, one out of State. Global followed up diligently on all roadblocks thrown at us from Optimum - those who know, know. They don't leave you to the wolves. The system is flawless and very versatile, all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.
