Class Action Lawsuit?

My name is Brittany Turner and I am in the process of documenting experiences to initiate a class action suit. I have created a Facebook group for interested parties to connect. Please search for the Global Passport Rogelio Caceres scam and connect if you are interested. Also, proceed with caution - he is continuing to engage in this line of business using companies under different names and registered in different states throughout the US. I’ve filed complaints with government agencies in the states I’ve identified thus far. Additional information can be found in the group.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. In 2023, they took my $7000. to help me with my Italian citizenship which I qualified for because my father was born in Italy and never naturalized. I just wanted them to take care of the process since I am busy working full time. Initially, they were very involved with the process, collecting docuements, updating me on a regular basis etc. STarting in 2025 the communication with them was sparce and in October of 2025 after my last plea with Tate and Kaila, they stopped all communcation with me and I never heard another word. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but they are not part of the BBB and although BBB tried to help me and reached out to them, Global Passport never responded to them. Now I am out $7000 and an unfinished citizenship in process. Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit taking place? I have to imagine that this scenario happened to several people out there who are down and out of $$$ and no final product. I did file a complaint with the Federal Trace Commissioner and waiting to hear back from them.

Started Legit, but then they quit

Signed up with them in January 2024 to have myself and my father granted dual Italian citizenship. Initially everything went well, especially because I had already done all the groundwork to get all the documents and only hired Global Passport to get it past the finish line for us. We were almost there until the laws changed last spring and that's when everything seemed to go off the rails. Lots of the same, "our legal team is working on your case" emails from our agent, Kaila. I even reamed Tate out on a zoom call because they had dropped the ball with getting out case in court on time (we had everything ready, but they dragged their feet with the POA). But at that point, there was nothing really alarming to tip me off that we weren't on track. Now, I am getting kick-back emails saying, "Global RCG Inc. (operating as GlobalPassport) ceased all operations in January 2026. As communicated in notices sent on January 14 and January 15, 2026, this inbox is no longer monitored.Global RCG does not maintain client document archives and is not in a position to transfer, return, or forward any materials. All documents and data that were in company systems or temporary custody are being securely destroyed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. The company has no remaining resources with which to continue operations or issue refunds. We are unable to respond to inquiries. This is an automated message. Replies will not be received."I never received any kind of notice of the shutdown, and Kaila's LinkedIn has disappeared (was it ever real?!). Anywho - I am currently disputing this fraud with my credit card. What really makes me most upset, is how excited I was to be a dual citizen and that has felt like it was ripped away. How can people can be this awful to pull a con like this.

I should be Italian by now

Too Little Too Late

Too Little Too Late - This concerns Italian Dual Citizenship - "Fast Track" One reason we signed up with Global Passport and transferred a large sum of money to them was that we thought they could do things more efficiently for us. They were slow, always needing prompting by us to get to the next step. We tried to be patient, but in the end their sluggishness cost me my eligibility. They said thtat in 4-6 months we would have citizenship. After 4 months, everything was finally available for my application to be submitted. If it had been submitted just days before, I would have been eligible. Of course, no one knew that the law would be changing on that date, but if they had done things efficiently, I would have nothing to say. Also, beware--I'm not sure they knew anything that I didn't know (which is why I was hiring them). I found out that I could save weeks of waiting by going to get paperwork in person. They not know this. We took things into our own hands and went in person to a few offices and got documents much faster. I wish I had done that digging a little sooner instead if sitting back thinking they they would do what was best for me. By the way, I let them know from the beginning that I was hoping to get to the point of having my application in as quickly as possible to be able to get residency based on that. I never held them accountable for getting the actual citizenship within any amount of time. But I was clear that I wanted my application in as soon as possible. It's been a over a year now since I started with them. The latest slap in the face is getting no answer whatsoever from them to even let me know if they are still in business, if they can refund at least some of my money, nothing.

Do not do business with GlobalPassport...it is a scam

I would give negative stars if I could. As others have shared, the company is a complete sham and has obviously committed and are continuing to commit fraud. I began the Italian citizenship process in early December, 2025. I was assigned an advisor, Daniel Barna, who responded to all of my emails initially. Everything fell apart in October, 2025. No response to repeated emails so I contacted one of the company leaders, Rogelio Caceres. Rogelio finally responded... they were working on it. Then, radio silence. After several phone calls to the "office" (561/295-8034), I received an email response: my advisor was gone and they would update me shortly. No response in over a month. Like others, they have my money and my documents.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. They took my initial investment with promise of a refund and got me through collecting documents and sending them to a translator at my own expense and then sent me an email saying that that they are no longer in business. Not only am I out of the money, I don't have the documents.

I haven't received any correspondence…

I haven't received any correspondence back. Every email I reach out to bounces back to me. Seems like I paid for a service that is no longer being provided unfortunately :(

Unfortunately, I have fallen victim to this scam

In August of 2024 I initiated the process of applying for Italian Dual Citizenship. Went through a rigorous process to accumulate the documents needed to support the effort. More than a year and a half later I am ghosted. If someone is putting together a class action law suit, I am willing to be included in the petition.

Worse company

Not sure why I still have access to the website when I asked for my information to be taken down. Also not sure why it has Daniel’s name listed since he left the company months ago and again no one bothered to tell me or anyone else. Real professional. I would again like all my information removed from your website, along with my ancestors information. I have filed complaints with the US government including Homeland Security and Immigration Services. This company, in particular their CEO needs to be shut down and he needs to be prevented from ever opening another agency. I want my money back in full for the lack of service you provided. Maybe it is better if I leave my review on LinkedIn instead.

Stay away - company appears to have folded

My family and I invested about $15,000 to apply for Italian citizenship in 2024. After being told all we would have to do is “sit back and wait,” we spent over a year gathering vital records. Just prior to the step of translating our documents, our account advisor, Daniel Barna, abruptly left the company with no communication with us. Now we have been entirely ghosted. Emails are bouncing back from the founder Rogelio Caceres and all other emails. We’ve lost our money with no recourse. We are still waiting for some response from the company. If it is still in existence, steer clear.

COMPLETE SCAM

This company offers a service to aide in getting you dual citizenship by decent. They offer a money back guarantee. They took $3090 upfront and you are to pay an additional $3000 once you receive citizenship. I paid the first instalment and they have since ghosted me (and many others I have read about online). Emails are bouncing, no one answers the phone.

Complaint with Homeland Security

Yup …. Everyone needs to file their complaints with the better business bureau in California and in Florida. The Florida Attorney General is telling me to contact Homeland Security and Immigration Services as they were providing a fake scam to help people procure citizenship. I’m waiting for reimbursement and if they are smart they better pay me back every last cent. Rogelio is nothing but a scam artist who takes people’s money.

Has this company gone out of business

Has this company gone out of business? I'm an existing customer who's trying to reach the team we were working with. The San Francisco office phone number doesn't work. No response to emails. Has anyone else been able to reach them?

I started the process to obtain my spanish citizenship and they seemed to be responsive and organized. 8 months later and it appears they have shut down and took my money. no response on anything i send, emails are now bouncing back and it looks like they were a scam all along. Andjela Ivanovic and Daniel Barna were my contacts and worthless... and now unreachable.

SCAMALERTSCAMALERTSCAMALERTSCAMALERTGLOB…

SCAMALERTSCAMALERTSCAMALERTSCAMALERTGLOBALPASSPORT,AI  Supposed CEO Rogelio Caceres.  Stay away, will take your money and then ghost you.  I paid them 1/2 up front.  Already had the affidavits.  A second request for the remaining half was made to my bank without my knowledge and consent. They first tried to get me to redo the affidavits stating they weren't new and therefore out of date"  I was to purchase them from a company they recommended and they would reimburse me after the fact.  When I balked at this because signed and stamped affidavits have no time limit on the signature and requested a refund, they determined it was an internal desire and that I only needed a couple on myself alone.  Stated they would send prepaid vouchers for the apps.  Never arrived.   One of the reviews I found after getting involved with these people also got stuck with the cost of the documents which are supposed to be included with the price.  When they no longer responded about anything including the whereabouts of the voucher I again asked for a refund.  THEY NO LONGER RESPOND TO INQUIRIES, AT LEAST FROM ME.  ONE BIG SCAM.  Out 4500.  I tend to wonder if there is a possible connection between them and the document company.

Globallpassport is a SCAM company

Initially from last November things went well with this company that took our deposit of 3k. Communication was very good and responsive. This all ended in September of this year 2025. No response from the girl that was on our case, then Tate Worwick got on board saying how sorry that the girl handling us had some personal matters to attend, then nothing from him for the last 7 weeks. This company is a REAL SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, WALK AWAY. Don't understand how these people sleep at night. My fault for not doing more research into them. Won't happen again though.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. THEIVES!!!!They don't do any work but are quick to take your money. They have no idea what they are talking about and request the same information over and over. They should be ashamed of themselves for what they do.

My Application Experience

I am in the process of applying for my Italian citizenship through GlobalPassport. I applied and paid for the service a few months ago. I've been trying to get in contact with my "dedicated advisor" for two weeks and no one has responded to my emails or calls. I'm worried that this may not be a legitimate agency.
