I was able to get an appointment at my local enrollment center (which has veg few appointments and they go quick) on my first try.Global Entry Spotter alerted me immediately when new appointments were available, so I was able to book before everyone else. This was especially helpful because I would’ve never know that my enrollment center was going to release their next batch of appointments at 11:21 AM on a Wednesday, I would’ve just had to figure that out by chance without the alerts.My enrollment center only has appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00-3:00. On top of that, my schedule is extremely restrictive. There are about 6 appointment times per week I can make. So getting an appointment on my first try with this service surprised me!

I wasn’t sure about this service but my local airport is one of the impossible-to-get locations and I’d been checking 10-20 times a day for weeks with no luck, so I figured I might as well try it. I had an interview appointment within 24 hours! A cancellation that popped up late at night when I just happened to be on my laptop. I was stunned. Can’t recommend GES enough.
