Constant Install and delivery issues
I scheduled my installation appointment for today and waited around for an additional hour and half for them to show. No one did and I contacted Homary again for this and was told to put in another appointment request and have to wait another 2 days to see if someone actually shows up. I’m again left waiting on everything from task rabbit (who is used to do these installations). This has been a very frustrating process as this is the 4th time I’ve had to reach out to Homary for their issues with my delivery and now more for the install. (This is now the 2nd person I’ve talked to in the last 2 days assuring me it will be taken care of). This makes me very hesitant to buy anything again from them. The only reason for the 3 stars and not less is because their customer service chat agents are friendly at least.
