Lillian Carvaja Rojas showed up at the pickup site and didn't want to use the ramps, even though the load was posted in Truckstop requesting an SDL, so he decided to leave the pickup site without doing his job. Don't use this company ever again
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WERE AN OPTION. DRIVERS ARE CARELESS & COMPANY IS UNREPUTABLE. THEY CAUSED EXTENSIVE DAMAGES TO MY VEHICLE AND HAVE BEEN UNRESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS AND UNWILLING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR DAMAGES
Indian scammers. Asks to wait long and don`t give the load. Plays games and waste time
I have had positive experiences working with this company in the past, but my recent interaction with Ryan Turner has left me extremely disappointed. Mr. Turner displayed a lack of understanding of logistics costs and operations, which hindered our progress. Additionally, his unprofessional behavior and lack of work ethic were concerning.His rude and inappropriate comments made the situation even more uncomfortable. If the company allows representatives to behave in such a manner, something is wrong with that company and I won't continue my association with them.
Terrible service. Lost goods on transit and offered to pay only 5% of worth for 2 years spread. What a shame
Tried to book a load with Alondra Cruz this morning. Wouldn't answer her phone just wanted to text (571 253 0562 ) , very slow can't even call back after I called many times . If you want to book a load hope u don't have to deal with her . So SLOW someone else book the load out from under me . Some companies will hire anyone. Nothing like a company trying to step a side from their crappy employees. She does work there , nice try
I had excellent experience with GLG auto transport. My car was transferred from NJ to CA and they took a great car of my car. They quickly assigned me a driver for a very good price. Im a first time shipper and they were able to answer all of my questions and give me perfect experience in transferring my car.
I transported my car through them, and I'm surprised that they got a hauler really fast. Transport was easy and on point. Alex was really nice and helpful. He answered all the questions I had. Recommend 10/10
The whole experience was super smooth. Dennis was great at communicating and responsive to our questions. Really helpful at explaining our options as first time buyers. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.
