Dog Grooming
They are really good and talented at glamor grooming. But my last visit one of my dogs within a matter of time hair was growing back in her eyes. I have been planning to bring her back. So I would say a 4.5 they also was doing a lot of scratching #dogsI like the people there ☺️

The new owner does a terrible job and…
The new owner does a terrible job and has zero decency, my dogs are groomed correctly only 40 percent of the time! Once I got in my car there was hair flying everywhere! I bring both of my dogs here, she charges a different price for my large dog thinking I won’t realize. Sometimes $85, sometimes $100.I’m always running around with errands and I could not bring my dog back immediately because he had surgery that day and I brought him in for grooming so he’d be nice and prepped without hair all over his surgery site. (Which they did not do) he was also wet and not brushed, neither dog was.Since his surgery was that day, I could not bring him back, I asked for either a discount or better price but she still charged me full price but lied saying she will give me $10 off which she did not do. (The price for my large dog is different every time) and still charged $100 despite me bringing back only one dog to correct later on since now the other dog could not be touched after surgery.I give the owner time to correct the issue to which she did not do and blamed me because I could not bring my dog back immediately with his surgery and stated I took 3 days when I told them that same day in person but I’d have to contact later because I needed to go to the vet !Gross, lazy and scammy

Passion with transparency
After 2 not so great experiences at PETCO I decided to look for a new groomer. I read the exceptional reviews and immediately booked an appointment. I spoke with Belinda who assured me that grooming is her passion not just her profession. There was an incident during the grooming that she made me aware of when I picked him up. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend to all.

We absolutely love Mrs
We absolutely love Mrs. Belinda! She makes grooming a breeze for my anxious pups (and for me!). Her customer service is top-notch, and she always sends my dogs home looking so handsome, smelling wonderful, and dressed stylishly with a bandana or necktie. She truly goes above and beyond

Animal abuser, there is video evidence. Owner was not indicted on charges ONLY due to technicality. The statute of limitations has expired; evidence was too outdated to proceed. Please go somewhere else. Praying for swift karma.

They abuse the dogs but act so nice to your face. Please don’t trust the owner or employees with your pets. They have injured many and even killed one from what the reviews show online. This place needs to get shut down!!

Brenda is an abusive groomer who has killed many Yorkie's who were trusted in her care. One teacup yorkie PUPPY, Jax, died from repeated closed fist blows to his head. Then she lied about it saying he hit his head on the floor. No, she beat that 5lb dog to death. She has also fatally strangled and stabbed other tiny dogs with grooming shears. As a yorkie mom, I'll tell you their skulls are no bigger than a small closed fist. The torture these loving little dogs died from is horrendous. She was filmed beating one tied up yorkie in front of her students. A tiny, tennis ball sized skull receiving repeated blows. This school should never be allowed to touch another dog and should be shut down. Do not leave you defenseless dog in her care because she will beat them in the head. Who knows how many dogs came out of her business with concussions. Who knows how many of her students practice the same cruelty. Brenda should not be allowed to even own pets of her own. Do not give her your hard earned money. If you do, you're putting a chance on your dogs life especially if they are a smaller breed who cannot take the force of her fists to their small skulls.

Awful company with clear evidence of…
Awful company with clear evidence of animal abuse - as seen in videos going round on social media. The evidence is undeniable, and the owner still refuses to admit their wrongdoings. One dog has already lost it's life with this groomer, do not trust them with your beloved pet's life.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! do your research. You can’t google review her because they turned off the comment and review. But you Can research instagram and facebook and find disgusting videos and posts of her using bleach and dyes on dogs, hitting while grooming and the dogs are pretty much choking and shaking while they get groomed. A dog was killed in her care and she offered the owner money for her loss…Pet owners BEWARE!
