Mixed at best
I'm putting this out there for others to help gage expectations regarding email campaigns. The initial project start was rough, communication difficult and the project was delayed past the committed start. However, the company made good faith efforts to mitigate the situation and added extra elements as bonus. Working with the team, also tough at first, improved with time and they have good people. I suggest you work up a communications plan and agreement how to work together up front. The results were very mixed. The goal was to build a lead marketing database and on the surface we exceeded the targets handily after several waves of email and social outreach. Unfortunately, once we received the contacts and began to market to them, we were banned from several ESPs. We sought to have Giant provide more segmented lists so that we might be able to identify safe, viable leads with more precision, but they were only able to deliver a consolidated list. In addition, during their campaigns and to date, 3 months later, we have had ZERO conversion from the list they created. The end result is a useable contact base of 25% of the goal and ZERO conversions. Not really worth the investment. Go in eyes open and work to get to a commitment on conversions.

With List Giant and Brad's help, we not only got great new consumer customers, we are coming back for more. In the world of purchased lists, there are a lot of phonies and scams. List Giant is the real deal.
