Definitely worth it!
My wife and I own a gym and when Jack approached us about offering a pain clinic for our athletes, we jumped on that opportunity! Not only is Jack super knowledgeable, he brings a great attitude to his training. He’s currently working with a few of our athletes with different injuries and they’re having great success. Even personally I had a few mobility limitations and the little tricks Jack gave me have already improved my mobility.

Most Valuable Workshop I’ve Ever Attended
I attended Jack’s workshop a few months ago and it was hands down the most valuable workshop I’ve been a part of. It helped me understand more about my body and why I have aches and pains and also took me through an assessment that gave me a clear plan of action to get me moving pain free. I attended one of Jack's Pain Free Workshops in November last year to learn about how to prevent a reoccurring shoulder injury. The workshops and assessment are very interesting and insightful! Jack was able to identify imbalances in strength and mobility impacting my shoulder, and he provided me with a game plan on how I could address those imbalances on my own. After doing all the things I could to resolve my persistent back pain including: taking time off, mobility work, ortho appointments, an MRI, chiropractic, massage and physical therapy, I was resolved to live with pain at some level in order to stay active. After following the training plan that Jack gave me I began to see improvement! He took time to understand where I was at and what I was dealing with. He helped me to understand how to strengthen my body and what my range of motion should be. I’m now able to do much more than I thought I could without chronic pain. More than a coach
I started working with Jack in February of this year and he’s got me down from 18+% body fat to 11.5%. He navigated me doing a 75 hard challenge while working in door to door sales. His ultimate end goal is one I’ve never seen before where he wants me not to need his assistance anymore. He wants to make me fit healthy and strong and self sustainable.He constantly checks in to make sure we agree on training structure and will keep me accountable when needed. Building blocks to success
I worked with Jack for 3 months to help Kickstart my fitness and nutrition again after having two kids. Jack set me up for success with full body workouts that I was able to complete consistently.Jack taught me to focus on my protein intake and I ended up losing 13lbs during my time with Jack. Jack was always available when I had any questions and I enjoyed our weekly check-ins to make sure the week ahead was always going to be a success. Jack also was a shoulder to lean on during difficult family situations during our time together and I will always appreciate the conversation we had. More than I expected in online training
My experience with Jack has been great… and much more than I expected in an online training coach! Jack is very knowledgeable and knows how to get the body moving; building foundational, wholistic strength and conditioning. I had the pleasure of training with jack in the off-season (rugby) and felt stronger and more fit in my first match back.
