Huge Hassle
My brother used Dorm Room movers and had pretty good things to say. When I was planning for a summer away from my dorm I looked into them and was redirected to their subcompany(?) SpaceShip. They first of all, completely billed me wrong (way too much) then refunded me the incorrect amount, and were also unable to provide me with a pdf itemized receipt that I requested for reimbursement purposes. I can't speak for Dorm Room Movers, but by my brother's account, they are a good company. Alas, I cannot stress enough how much I regret using SpaceShip simply because of the unnecessary hassle I have had to deal with in trying to be charged the correct amount. Their shipping services themselves are fine.
