Amazing Organization!
I've been a patient with PeterMD for nearly a year now. I have been incredibly satisfied with the services they provide. The customer service is excellent! The dashboard is easy to use! Ordering medications and labs is incredibly easy! Since starting therapy with PeterMD I've felt better than I have in years, I've lost nearly 20lbs, and I have my confidence back! Great price, great customer service and nice customer portal
I really like the customer portal that PeterMD uses. It keeps my information, lab results and the ordering of medication all in one central location. Their customer service is really good and they are very quick to respond. They also have the best or one of the best prices for TRT that I have found.

They get the job done but use every opportunity to charge fees
Their business model is centered on the fact that Testosterone medication is a controlled substance. So, to sell it to you they make you do blood tests and talk to a doctor. Which is fair -- I have no complaints about that. The problem is that once you buy into their TRT plan, they use every opportunity to charge you fees for everything. For example, there is a $25 processing fee for issuing you proof of purchase that you have bought medication from them. Also, there is no way to speak to a customer-service representative on the phone. Everything is by email. And it often takes multiple rounds back and forth until the issue gets resolved. What could have been done in a 5-minute telephone call takes several days.

Don't Believe All The Reviews
They will charge you for 6 months of supply, but only send you three months. Also, all these 5 star reviews are because they give discounts for leaving positive reviews. I will be looking for another vendor immediately.

PeterMD 10/10
I have been using PeterMD for over a year, and they have Completely changed my life. I use to go to a clinic in my area, and they were over charging me, impossible to get ahold of the doctor, refills were always late, blood test always took forever. Just not a good experience at all. PeterMD is the opposite of all this. One of the best things I love about them is their open and easy communication and willingness to work with you.
