Great customer service
They have great customer service, my product was put in another mailbox and I was unable to retrieve it, i contacted them and they responded as well as sending me a new package.I can believe in this product and am very happy that it has no chemicals and that is organic.I am in the grooming industry.And many of my clients use this product as well.

Do not send these people your money it's a scam they are nothing but Bots
I bought the bundle and received a smaller shampoo that was advertised I have sent more emails that I can count the responses are nothing but Bots I tried to contact the number and it is bogus they answer and then they say that they're phone support is unavailable and they disconnect no matter what time you call I can't get a real person through phone or email and you can't possibly get a refund if you can't get a hold of anybody do not give these people your money it's nothing but a scam

I had an excellent customer service.
I had an excellent customer service experience with my FurLife order. I had forgotten to add my discount code during the payment processing step. I received an almost immediate response and correction seamlessly made. We have been repeat customers of FurLife for 3 years. There products are safe and excellent and now I am pleased with what a great customer service team they have.

Getting ready for spring in the woods!
Julie and the whole customer service team are great. Any question and they answer right away. Any concerns, they address it and do their upmost to resolve it. There are imitators out there but none come close to furlife! They were the first and only company for my dog!! The tag works, not necessarily for a whole year but even if you have to purchase a new one after 6 months it’s cheaper and has no side effects like the pills or other flea and tick options!! My 95 pound Henry thank you!

I found a better discount code after I placed my order so I wrote to furlife and they gave me the better code and credited my account for the difference. I've been using the furlife pendants for the past 3 years and my dogs do well with them so far. We do not live in a wooded area. Thanks Julia for your help!

I ordered the wrong collar for my cat
I ordered the wrong collar for my cat, and when I realized it with the order confirmation, I reached out to FurLife immediately. Even though it was the evening on a weekend, Julia got back to me and took care of my order so that I got the correct collar. I really appreciate the customer service and quick response!

Not worth the money if you have a pet that plays
Simple concept. Bought the collar attachment in October 2025 and by February 2026 the pod inside had broke. When I emailed customer support I was told that that can happen if your pet plays rough. I have a lab. The money back guarantee is false, they said all they could do was offer a discount. I will never spend money on this again.

I accidentally ordered two furlife…
I accidentally ordered two furlife collars seperately and Julia helped me fix my order in a very timely fashion. I've been using furlife for almost a year now and I love it. I have a service dog so we are out and about a lot! I also love to use as much natural stuff as possible instead of using harsh chemicals so I love using furlife collars! No fleas here! Thank you!
