Deeply grateful for Eric and Jennifer…
Deeply grateful for Eric and Jennifer for putting this breath-work session together. I went from feeling pain in my chest to literally opening my heart space! I’ve done breath-work before and every time I promise myself that I won’t stop doing it and I fall off. It was a great reminder for me and this time I plan to follow through on regular breath-work. Thank you for a lovely guided session!

Definitely A Must
Breathwork is so important and Eric’s service for breathwork is God tier. I experienced profound highs and extreme oxygenation. I highly recommend you give it a go if you want to feel better now.

Highly recommend Eric’s breath work sessions
Eric’s breath work sessions are wonderful. He brings his grounded presence, clear instruction, and gentle encouragement to each session. He combines the a variety of breath work instruction and practice with beautiful background music. He is personable and kind. I highly recommended his sessions.
