GENIX offers a full range of colors
GENIX offers a full range of colors. We needed 8 colors for a project. Only 6 were readily available. The sales rep, Sam Francisco, went the extra mile in searching for the needed tiles. They were found in a warehouse on the east coast and arrived quickly. The experience with GENIX has been timely and a pleasure. The product is beautiful!

Excellent Buying Experience with Genix Flooring!
Genix has a great selection of tile at very competitive prices, and they worked with me to arrange a pickup on the tile that I selected in order to save some money on the shipping charges. They responded to my inquiries and questions in a timely manner and addressed all of my issues. The buying experience was super easy and efficient, and I would highly recommend them!

I’m disappointed in the customer…
I’m disappointed in the customer service and care for customer satisfaction. When I ordered my floors, there was nothing that prompted me to state these floors were available in nearby area. I also received a message from a sales associate well after I placed my order and it was shipped. When I asked the sales associate, why didn’t they call? The response was “we did” and alluded to “something must’ve happened on your end”. I had no voicemail or number from Genix on my missed call log. I paid $150 in shipping, only to receive broken up tiles. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the box until the hired service arrived to do my floors. I contacted them and have not even receive so much as a “sorry we can’t help”. $250 wasted. I would never order from this company unless you pick it up. I personally wouldn’t work with a company that does not care about customer satisfaction.

For our master bathroom renovation
For our master bathroom renovation, we chose large-format tile from Genix Flooring, and it was the perfect choice. The tiles are beautiful and give the bathroom a modern, open feel. The team was quick, and the installation was flawless. We’ve had no issues with the tile since it was installed, and it has been easy to clean. I’m so happy with my decision!

Their platform is easy to use
I recently had vinyl flooring installed in my basement by Genix Flooring, and I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. I went with a high-quality luxury vinyl that looks exactly like hardwood but is much more practical for a basement. The team was prompt, professional, and completed the installation in just a few hours. The floors look amazing, and cleaning them is a breeze. I’m definitely going to use Genix Flooring for future flooring projects.

Great first experience
This was my first time working with Genix Flooring, I was in search of a specific tile and they had a great deal on it. I had multiple problems on my side and Thomas Walt was my sale rep and he made this experiance amazing. First, I had ordered the wrong color and I send an email and he promptly fix this matter and got me the correct colors ordered. Second I had a box of tile that was broken Thomas was able to get me a replacment set up. third, I was short 2 boxes of tile and I was Thomas was able to have my order ready for pickup in the same days time so my tile installer didn't have to come back. I really appreciate him very much for helping. I will be working with him in the future for any of my floor needs.

Excellent customer service
I needed a small amount of tile to match old my 25 year old bathroom, delivered quickly. Thomas Walt and Genix was very responsive. I got the tile on time, and he followed up to make sure. Great service!

We needed a small amount of tile for a project in a very timely fashion. Our local distributor was not able to get it, so we searched the product online an d Genix Flooring came us as having the material. We called and Thomas Waite confirmed they had the material, processed the order and had the material onsite in 3 days.

Wish I could give 0 stars
Needed an order shipped in a timely manner to avoid costly project delays. We were assured via the website’s chatbot that the product would ship within 2-3 business days. When it did not, we escalated to customer service. Thomas Walt assured us via email that it would ship the following Monday. It took another two weeks to ship, during which time, I was calling multiple times a day, costing me valuable productivity at work. Mr. Walt refused to even give me shipping estimates once the tile did ship, which, with every passing day, it did not. At one point, we received an email (now 1.5 weeks past the stated ship date) stating that he would not ship the tile until he received email verification. Once we provided that, it took another 4 days to ship! When it finally did ship, we received a tracking number that never updated, so we had no way of keeping our contractor informed about the delays. Nor did we receive instructions for getting our shipment once it was randomly delivered to a city far outside where we are. This was a disaster from start to finish, and the advertised shipping timeframes are a joke. We incurred so many additional construction costs because of this delayed shipment, and when we requested a refund on the shipping to help defray those costs (it would have been a pittance given the debt we ultimately took on because of Genix’s incompetence and terrible communication), Mr. Walt refused. We will be reporting this business for fraud, holding onto people’s money and refusing to ship orders that they placed.
