The customer service was absolutely fantastic! My fiancée and I love her ring so much, but I was even more impressed with the customer service! I was stressing out about getting this ring around midnight and sent an email with inquiries about the ring and got a response in less than 30m! Liz Weaver was most helpful in answering all of my questions about the ring and ensuring accommodations for a wider shank width! I would recommend this site and my ring specifically 100 times over!

I ordered a customized band with a low setting, and it turned out absolutely perfect. It’s the most beautiful oval solitaire, and the pavé stones along the sides add just the right amount of sparkle without taking away from the center stone. The setting sits low, which makes it comfortable for everyday wear but still super elegant. I’m genuinely obsessed with how it came out and couldn’t be happier with my ring.

I could not be happier with my experience. It was great to work and communicate with a real person from start to finish. Liz was very responsive and made sure all of your questions were answered. I was going back-and-forth between some of the diamond sizes and she was quick to send me videos of each to compare. She kept you up-to-date on the production and shipping of the ring. It is hard to find that type of customer service with online shopping these days. We wanted to upgrade my engagement ring, and this ring is absolutely stunning!

I reached out to Gema & Co after scouring Reddit to find a reputable moissanite jewelry company that was within my price range. I worked with Liz via email for 4 weeks to make my custom wedding band. Despite what some people have said online, there is no extra fee to alter the CAD, which was a relief because I had to clarify some details of the design. I took a gamble and opted out of the 3D resin print because I was in a time crunch, but it worked out! When I reached out for an update a week before my event date, they were honest, which I appreciated. Because of a setting issue with one of the stones, they took an extra day to make the ring and they expedited shipping to me to make up for this, all free of charge. I am ultimately incredibly happy with my finished band and it fits perfectly with my engagement ring (from a different company). I appreciated how Liz asked for the specs of my engagement ring to ensure that the band would fit around it too! Although going back and forth via email can be a pain, their communication was timely and open. The price is pretty unbeatable and I'm glad they offer a no-interest split payment program!
