Bought a new outercasting for pro pointer but it had a leak. BAD AFTERSALES AND GUARANTEE
Bought a new outercasting fot the propointer. After one time use it stopped working. Did a airtest and it turns out it was leaking at the lightbulb. Not my fault. Because of the leak the complete electric part was corroded by the salt water entering the lightbulb. It was confirmed by Regton UK the ledbulb had a leak. After sending 6 8 emails in 3 months to Garret nothing happened. Not even a sorry for the problems i faced. So... for me never again a propointer or any other Garret materials anymore. How rude and what a bad aftersales they have. Shame on you Garret. If you sell me a leaking device and no refund what so ever.. you get crap back.
