Lied multiple times about sending a…
Lied multiple times about sending a replacement order then sent me a message saying stating AFTER I change my review to five stars *only then* they will provide said order. Not sure why I'd comply after being lied to so many times. They love sending sweet sounding customer service messages then not lifting a finger in the means of customer service. What a joke.Wish I could attach screen shots here.

HORRIBLE RETURNS POLICY
THE GLASSES TOOK NEARLY TWO WEEKS TO ARRIVE. HORRIBLE RETURNS PROCESS. ORDERED SIX PAIRS OF GLASSES THAT ARRIVED FROM PHILADELPHIA. THE ONLY RETURNS ADDRESS IS IN CHINA. RETURN SHIPPING WILL COST OVER $65 FOR A 15-OUNCE PACKAGE (I PAID $83 FOR THE GLASSES).

I thank the good people at FYTOO. Com for their great customer service and speedy shipping. I received my beautiful frames and the quality is exceptional, especially when compared to those over priced frames in the store. I sent emails and they were all answered promptly. I have my new online store to purchase all my frames from thank very much and you now have a new customer because of your service.

Love the designs that they have and the prices are great! The wait is a little bit longer than normal for them to be mailed because we live in Puerto Rico, but it’s worth it!! and I’m glad that they do Mail Puerto Rico because often people don’t mail you territories within the US. Another plus!

I can't see with my lensses
I can't see with my lensses. Support is no help, the insurance I aid does not cover (supposedly I enter wrong presc.) I don't want to buy another pair of glasses.I'm very disappointed no empathy at all. It's like no body cares!

Perfect Fit of Beautiful Eyeglasses
My first order was lost in the mail, and I was apprehensive about the company. However, they made it right and sent another pair of glasses. When they arrived, they were perfect in fit and prescription. I have received a lot of compliments on them.

Bait and Switch
I bought glasses and when I got them they weren't correct. they said my prescription was different than what I sent. This is impossible since it's the prescription I use to order the glasses. They told me that I can pay for new lens but they cannot assist me. I find this disheartening as I spent over $100.00 on my glasses. It's important to note I bought 2 pairs and one is perfect the other is not. I find this unacceptable as they're offering all sorts of discounts but with this experience I'm thinking it's more the good old 'bait and switch'
