Terrible experience with the Appointment
I received a supposed appointment confirmation number at Quest Lab, and when I arrived, my booking number didn’t exist. Immediately they knew I was coming from function health and they said it was always the same problem with them. I tried to call, but nobody answer. I had to text with someone and they couldn’t help me, I just lost all morning trying to get my lab tests and I couldn’t.

Very efficient with great insight
Very efficient with great insight, the only reason for a 4 star is the information was incorrect when I signed up as it showed the cancer panel was included. When I asked it was " Oh so sorry, that's not included our website was wrong, Thank you. We have now corrected it." That seems a little unprofessional to me.

Edit: this was resolved after posting my review, so bumped up to 3 stars :)---Bad customer service. A discount I anticipated wasn’t applied. So weeks before taking my first blood test, I asked if I could cancel and be refunded. They told me to review the terms and conditions. I replied that I did but found their terms confusing; was customer service able to answer? They replied that they *may* provide me a refund, but they can’t tell me how much. I need to submit the cancellation form first, then they will share if I can get a refund. What?? How can your team not confirm this now, because whether the refund is $1 or $350 will obviously change my decision. In any case, I was excited about this but can no longer recommend it.

I’ve been telling everyone I know to do this. I think it’s a wonderful resource. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I feel their add-on blood tests were way too expensive for what you got. I kept waiting and thinking there were going to be more and/or more explained results with the add-ons, and there were not. However the blood tests in the standard package you pay for are very good, and explained well. So overall, I recommend this.

Finding out about my health before it was too late.
My mother died of atherosclerosis four months ago. It prompted me to want to know what was going on in my body. I didn’t want to go back to a traditional Doctor Who in the past ask why I wanted a full blood panel. When I asked they said I didn’t need certain tests. For Literally a dollar a day. I got a full work up, and knew exactly what I needed to fix. It was quick. Results started coming in right away. The app adjusted frequently to show me my results and gave explanation’s for every test that they did. The AI function was great to give you real time answers to your questions.. I will definitely be signing up again next year and adding on tests this year to dial in my health if I didn’t sign up, I don’t think I really would’ve found out what was going on with my health. Also, the fact that they take HSA makes it super easy to sign up.

I love the comprehensive list of…
I love the comprehensive list of biomarkers. It’s been so helpful to see my results to optimize my health. I also like the extensive list of optional tests. Being able to schedule my lab appointment thru the app is super convenient and the test prep reminders are wonderful. I’d recommend adding Progesterone and Reverse T3 tests to the female health biomarker section.

It is so helpful to have things explained and then to have suggestions for how to change or improve markets for better health. The explanations are very thorough. And I feel like the knowledge I have gained will help me change things that do not serve me or my health.

Liked the service overall. Unhappy with timeliness, had my blood work done Jan 8 and I still do not have access to download my results so I can forward to doctors, almost 2 months later.

Very disappointed in customer service
I joined in Dec 2025, and did my tests in January 2026. 5 weeks after the test I still did not have my full results, so I contacted the company and they did some investigating only to find out the lab had issues with my samples from my second test. The company offered me to redo my second test. However per their instructions, it is highly recommended to do the second test within 10 days of the first test. Because of this I requested a full retest of both my first and second tests, to which function denied. I’m extremely disappointed and trying to speak with higher ups on the matter. I’m not sure why I, the customer, need to receive less than stellar service, when I did absolutely nothing wrong. The issue was with the lab, not me. I’m very disappointed in the customer service making me go through hoops to get the basic services I paid for. I will be looking into other service providers should this situation not resolve to my satisfaction, and will be warning all people in my community of this.
