Account Under Review After Withdrawal
My username is betlog22. I spent one week playing on FULLSTAR, even losing sleep and investing money. When I requested a $3,000 withdrawal, my account was suddenly locked and marked “under review” for 21 business days.Customer support assured me they are legitimate and will contact me after the review, but the lack of transparency is very disappointing. Players deserve clear communication and fair treatment, especially when withdrawals are scheduled every Friday and Monday.

its definitely not a “scam” sportsbook, they do give u your bonus and the payouts are the same day sumbit which are only monday and friday, the support is good, thr only reason i wouldnt say 5 stars is because the website itself is not to modern in my opinion but besides that its definitely a real sportsbook and pays out

10000% scamPlease don’t even get involved with this book. How unfortunate it is that you can’t trust “trust pilot” because of fake reviews. There are many other reputable books to choose from. How these crooks remain operating is beyond me.

100% a scam. Do not believe all the fake reviews. They will let you deposit easily but it is 100% impossible to get any funds out. Read the scam reports on the Better Business Bureau

Terrible Experience. This book spams apps like The score and fullbet.com constantly with false promos and promises to add money to their accounts. This place lies with all the spam that they send each day. Many people have complained that they are a fraud and do not provide any payouts. Please stop the constant spam

These guys are complete garbage. They will keep your money. I have heard numerous accounts of this. They constantly spam many sports chat rooms over and over trying to get people to sign up. Judging from the reviews I see in these sports chats specifically The Score they are a scam. I would not recommend. Bovada by contrast is an excellent book.

Scam! Full star sportsbook I referred couple clients and never got my refer reward, been over a month, and they keep pushing next Tuesday and they not control of refer program. Sorry I was being patient but they messed up. I got proof to show as well. Also the free $100 for new user you not free you have at least $1 to use the free play. And they add free play but you have to deposit minimum $50 each time . Another scam right there

Folks all BS and constantly on the score don’t know why they aren’t banned from all this nonsense. Bet wit a reputable organization and better yet don’t bet at all !

My Worst Experience With “Responsible Gaming” Ever
I honestly can’t believe how difficult this casino has made it for me to self-exclude. In my experience, their “responsible gaming” policies feel completely meaningless because no one actually follows them.I first reached out through live chat, where I was told they “can’t close accounts” and that I needed to call support instead. So I called, only to be told that I needed to use live chat. When I went back to chat, they repeated again that they cannot help with self-exclusion. It felt like being stuck in an endless loop where no one takes responsibility.I’ve now sent three emails requesting self-exclusion, and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement.For a company that advertises responsible gaming, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve tried repeatedly to follow their process and protect myself, but it feels like they’re making it as hard as possible.I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned that a casino in 2025 can still handle self-exclusion this poorly. I will not be using this site again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious.EDIT: They wrote all this back, but know that I have yet to receive any email back from them after a week and my account is still fully active :)
