My project manager has been & is Sarah Wilson. She has been excellent by all measures. I've been published since 1994. Traditional publishers for nearly 10 years. I use the services of Frontline Editing, which has been excellent. I post read, rewrite, and proof read (myself) before Frontline submits to Kindle Publishing. The final product is the best I've ever seen. Order "Red Johnson Jed" and see for yourself.
Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with for anything!! The cover design department did a great job! Editor Rachel S. did a great job! However Project Manager Edward Lucas (doubt this is his real name) has lied to me over and over. First, there were hidden charges where they needed extra money to get the ISBN numbers. I got them to discount that additional cost after much complaining, but at the same time they pushed 3 different marketing plans and the cost was more than publishing the book. I stated I would not be able to do the marketing at this time and that is when they stopped being helpful and started lying! Edward, Zack, and now Chase have all lied about getting my copies of my book they owe me per my contract!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Thomas, the person in the chat was very helpful and answered all my questions. He offered great customer service and I appreciate his assistance!
Super kind and helpful! I spoke with David, who was quick to respond and answered all my questions with great detail. Thanks so much! Great experience
Frontline Book Writer created a stunning book cover that perfectly captured the essence of my story. The design is visually striking and aligns perfectly with the book’s theme. Their creativity and attention to detail were outstanding. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result!
If your dream as a writer to publish your work andhave no idea how to begin and have someone to support your every effort as to work to achieve your goal, then Frontline Writers is the publishing house for you. The day I began to work with FW and Brian Wilson I benefitted from his knowledge, expertise, patience, and amazingly prompt and courteous responses to every question and cry for help. Because of Brian and his team, I amcelebrating the publishing of a book of poetry that I have written over a lifetime. The day I found FW's website was the best day of my life. Thanks Brian and FW.
Frontline Writers crafted an engaging and compelling story outline that perfectly aligned with my vision.
My project manager, Brian, has been attentive to every step of my project! Frontline Writers pays attention to all details and wants to give you precisely what you're looking for.

At this point (NOVEMBER 21), I finally said I was done, and asked for my full refund -- which I had gotten in writing plus a 20% refund on delivery. After some back and forth they agreed to refund me, but said they were going to charge $1000 for the work they did. That was 1/3 of the order. I fought that and they finally agreed to a full refund. BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. They said they issued it, then 5 days later asked if they could issue half of it now and half later. I am so sick of their lies! So I had no choice at this point but to dispute it with my credit card company and post this here, and file a BBB complaint. All the things I warned them I was going to do if they did not return my money.THIS IS NOT A COMPANY THAT I WOULD EVER TRUST AGAIN.I had posted a review previously, and thought that we were back on the right track, so as a sign of good faith I took it down. But as what has come to be the norm with this company, I have had no update since taking down the poor review, and after they promised me my project would now be their top priority. Fooled again.Bottom line is that it is more than a month past the promised delivery date of my book, and I still don't really have any idea when I will get it. I asked for a refund about 5 weeks ago due to all the problems I was having with getting it done, or even getting an accurate answer about the status, but they begged me to stay with them and PROMISED the book would be done by October 25, and that they were just having a temporary problem with their printing department. Still no book. I have 145 preorders, and have had to cancel 2 signing events. I feel like I am screaming into the abyss. I have been sending texts and emails to Peter and Thomas, and they just ignore them. So no, they have not earned my trust back. And they will not get my future projects. I am so disappointed.
My experience with Frontline WritersI never published a book before.I was nervous, and unsure of the process. My first phone conversation with this company, made me feel very comfortable as to how they would walk me through every step. Then I worked with Brian Wilson.Could not have asked for anyone better. He communicated with me every day.Made sure I understood every step.If I had a question. He quickly had the answer. From editing, to cover page design. From start to finish, he was always there for me.He kept the promise his company made. That I would have help with every step of the process. If you're looking for a company that is honest. That stands beside you.Keeps their word. Then Frontline is who you want.I can't wait to finish my next story.I will definitely make Frontline the only company I will use for my publishing needs.
I am a first time publishing author. Brian Wilson and his team have made the process so great. He is hands on and always responded quickly to my questions. He provided me with updates and feedback throughout the process. There is no one else I would like to have on my team. He has been a great help and I am eternally grateful.
Total AI Spam allowed to advertise on Facebook like all the others. Knew I was chatting with a BOT when repeated itself twice asking me the same thing and what my book was about when I stayed it clearly I was working on several
Trevor was really nice and he was really helpful.
This company is HORRIBLE!! Communication is horrible, they mess up spelling in the final product, they misspell your name, they're not even American. They have a "team" yet when you speak to one team member then another they're clueless of what's going on with you & other team members. A 4 month process 4 that should have taken less than a month. They make empty statements saying "your book will be published by this time" then it's not!! Many many MANY times when you call them, your team member that is working for you is either at lunch, at the wrong time of day for lunch, or they'll call you back in 10 to 15 minutes & then you don't get a call. I had paid a previous person to format & edit. They insisted on formatting & editing again. I told them the book had been edited & formatted yet they refused to listen. They do everything their way not yours. They'll sell you a package & then ask for more money. I had bought an ISBN & copyright. They wanted to charge me over $500 to get an ISBN & copyright. When I asked for a refund, they gave me what I wanted. I did get published on Amazon & B &N. But the process, the team...very difficult!!! Many times you ask them questions & they avoid answering your questions. Very fishy company. Am I happy that my book got published? Uh yeah! Who wouldn't be? Am I happy about frontline writers? Negative. If there was a 5 star rating system...they'd get a quarter of a star. Do NOT EVER go with Frontline Writers!!! Also, they lied to me about my royalties...told me I'll be making $5 to $6 for royalties each book. 18 sales later I find out I'm getting $2 a book!!! I had to adjust price myself...not cool. I also had to correct "their" spelling mistakes & the misspelling of my name. The whole thing was in a nutshell mentally exhausting, a headache, & a TON of frustration. Goodbye Frontline. Never again. & Thank ya'll for not caring at all.
So far my experience with Frontline Writers has been a positive one. My book is at the end phase of being edited. Frontline is creating my website and book cover with great care. I'm happy Sarah Wilson is my Project Manager, she is very nice and professional. She always answers my calls when I would like to ask a question. I recommend Frontline because they have a lot of industry knowledge and help take your book to the next level.
We used frontline for my two cats since we got them but nothing happend and we figured out that the fleas got used to it and it stopped working this wasn't all frontlines fault as there were these new please called super fleas so I'd recommend a stronger flea and tick killer
Pleased to write a review, because of the excellent project manager I am working with. She keeps on top of things and is very timely. Sarah Wilson listens to me, plus dovetails with her team to support my vision for the educational colouring book. To me, as a retired school teacher, this shows a large degree of comprehension on her part. Sarah is an intelligent person and a pleasure to work with.
Sarah Wilson was my project manager on the book, a legal and educational reference book. She was professional, patient, kind and responsive every step of the way. She had a good knowledge of the process and options and was able to get the team involved for unusual circumstances when they came up. As a first time author, trying to combine a number of different subjects, and organize the structure of the book in an action oriented story she was able to work with a variety of changes, substitutions and alternatives as necessary to get it completed. In the end, I think we ended up re-writing the book a number of times instead of just going with the one original, and I am quite sure I literally could not have completed the project without her. Her level of knowledge, timely responses and patience throughout was exemplary.Peter Wales
Do not hire this company. I paid $1,000 for them to publish my book. I sent them the manuscript in a Word document, and they could not format the document. They sent me revisions for almost 2 months with error after error. I had to point out the errors that they missed. They finally refunded me $600 because they were unable to format a Word document. Did you get that? A "Premier" publishing company that could not format a Word document... NOT premier! Incompetent!
