My trust in mankind has been restored today. I am an elderly lady and I'm trying to find information about how to sell some silver bars (an unexpected expense requires some cash). I have dealt with rude people and no help from the several calls. My experience with Freedom Gold not only met my expectation they exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use Freedom in the future and refer others to do so too.
My experience with Freedom Gold was deserving of a 5-star rating primarily because they understood the importance of a quick delivery of my order placed. They exceeded my expectations by delivering my order 5 business days ahead of the 7-10 business days initially quoted. This was mainly accomplished my excellent communication and listening to my needs and making themselves available either by phone or email. The two individuals providing this excellent customer service and customer satisfaction is Brian Bracken (Sales) and Thomas Sullivan (Operations). Lastly their commission is extremely reasonable in comparison to other metal dealers.
