Support within minutes of joining
I had to test out the support line offered by Founder’s Card within a few moments of receiving my membership approval because I had typed my last name incorrectly.The experience was amazing and very “I white glove”. I was calling on a Sunday evening and thought I would never reach anyone. To my pleasant surprise, I called the support line, my call was answered on the 2nd ring and the service was outstanding - polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. I’m truly impressed and now know I made the right decision to become a member. Thank you and keep up the great job!
