I ordered my daughter knee highs for Christmas. I accidentally ordered standard instead of petite. Contacted Customer Service, sent the ones I ordered back. Her replacement hose got here about the same time the others got back to Michigan. I am highly pleased with the return process.

I am a long time a customer because the orders are always filled promptly and correctly unlike Amazon which I tried once. They sent me mediven sheer and soft panty PETITE instead of clearly stated size 3. Hence I only use For Your Legs because they have special sales, award points to redeem and excellent quality products.

Very good product
Good product - sturdy compression & comfortable to wear! That is because they have a "petite" length available! I am 5'-3" tall - this brand doesn't bunch up behind my knees - which was an excruciatingly painful aspect to wearing a couple of other different brands! I also found their customer service responsive and efficient. I had mis-ordered the degree of compression - I clicked on 20-30 vs 30-40 which is what I actually wanted. I was able to return the first pair (unworn, original packaging) and received the replacement pair of my desired compression all within a week!

I received professional, helpful & friendly service when placing my order by phone. When I ordered a different level of compression than on my previous order, the customer service rep took the time to double-check with me that that was my intent. I appreciated that extra level of service.
