Flowers were delayed as the company they use had a problem so flowers arrived four days late. Called the day they were supposed to arrive and told the customer service what happened the guy hung up on me after arguing with me. Chocolates sell by date sept2025. I’d avoid this company
Took my flower order two hours before the ordering deadline for a birthday delivery today and didn’t get them there. I had many options at noon today, but none at 4:00pm, when I saw the 3:30pm email stating they weren’t going to make it…maybe tomorrow…They are graciously refunding me $3…thanks!

My boyfriend bought roses and chocolate covered Oreos from this place and I did not receive anything what was pictured. I was suppose to receive it on Valentines Day but said they couldn’t deliver it. My boyfriend emailed a complaint and then they delivered on 2/15/25 at 9:39p. Instead of chocolate covered Oreos I was sent mushy chocolate covered strawberries that was smelled spoiled. The flowers were mushed by the chocolate covered strawberries and the vase had a “waterproof” paper that you insert into the vase. When water is poured into the vase you see the water on the outside of the paper. To top it off, the flowers were dyed and got dye on my hands when try to salvage the flowers.
The order came a day late, the order did not come as advertised, nor did the chocolate covered Oreos come. Instead, the flowers were packed UNDER the food, squishing them, the flowers were covered in DYE, and not naturally colored. And, finally, the order was supposed to come with chocolate covered Oreos, instead it came with HOT, already rotting, chocolate covered strawberries with a melted ice pack. Never ordering from these clowns again.
A day late and the flowers were wilted. I bought a bouquet of sunflowers to cheer up my aging father who was in the hospital. The delivery was a day late and the flowers were severely wilted and too tall for the vase so that they looked like spider legs crawling out of the vase. HORRIBLE chat experience when I complained, like I was talking to dead air. Never again.
On December 16, 2024, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mother in Alaska on December 17th. On Wednesday the 18th, I checked the tracking number, and it stated it had been delivered BUT IT HAD NOT. I called From You Flowers and was assured she would receive a new order of flowers. On Thursday she did receive some flowers but NOT the flowers or bouquet style I picked out. The Radiant Golden Holiday Tree comes with White Roses, White Spray Roses, White Alstroemeria, White Miniature Carnations and a few other flowers and decorations. My mother received daisies and some evergreen fir. I am so upset that I paid for a DELUXE bouquet of roses, and she ends up getting daisies. I would love to post the picture of what she should have received and what she actually received but cannot.
What a nasty customer service and the quality of what was sent was trash!! Not even close to what I ordered and then to offer me a 12$ refund worst company ever
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife to brighten her day. I paid for the guaranteed 4 hour delivery. The delivery window passed and the status was still showing as order received. I reached out to their customer service and was told that they couldn't find a florist that could complete the order until 4 days later. So the guaranteed 4 HOUR delivery that I paid for was ignored and there was NO contact from them to explain or to work through a solution until I contacted them. Don't use this company if you want them on time.
These people are scammed I ordered rainbow colored 2 dozen roses for 70.00 they sent over dozen red roses and threw a few white roses and 1 orange in nowhere near what I ordered called for refund email picture of their screw up and picture of my order they offer me 20% refund of what I paid they refunding 8.00 when they scammed me for 70.00 my wife doesn't even like red roses ...do not order from this company
Flowers probably wont ever get delivered
I ordered a birthday balloon bouquet with a box of chocolates, paid extra for expedited delivery fee and they canceled the order at the end of the business day. My 93 year old Aunt didn't get anything on her special day. Refund will supposedly take 3-4 business day but I am not holding my breath. They are unreliable. I wish I had checked the reviews before I placed my order. Be smart and do your due dilligence!
I am in the UK and needed to send some flowers for my grandmother’s funeral. No flowers were sent. It was heartbreaking for my mother who could not be there due to caring for my sick father. These flowers were very important to us. My only grandparent- what a let down at such a significant time. Disgusting company.
Flowers were 3 days late and were in poor condition when delivered. When I contacted them, they didn't have my file number on record at first.
I sent the POM-TASTIC PASTEL BOUQUET to my grandmother, and it was Bomb-Tastic! Unfortunately, I can't post a picture, but I will say that I requested a refund. I gave 2 stars because the delivery was ok from UPS, although they were left at 3pm. The customer service, although I spoke to 3 reps and they were a little hard to understand, were willing to help. It is true that I was offered the 15% and 30% discount to allow the delivery, but the Google reviews on Trust Pilot that doesn't show up here, deterred me from doing so.
If I could give a negative 5 I would. The same day delivery was 4 days late. The "biggest size" looked like their lowest price arrangement. VERY DISAPPOINTING. 😤
The arrangement I ordered was not anything like what was represented to me. It was skimpy compared to what I ordered. I was embarrassed to say the least. I will not use this seller again.
